The location was great, a short walk from Ikebukuro Station and just a few streets away from the hustle and bustle of Ikebukuro. I stayed on the women's floor, which was very quiet. Everything from PJ's to facial cleanser was provided in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful (eg. helped me send my luggage to my next hotel). Would definitely stay again!

The room was very small, although that was expected. Towels were changed daily, which I found pretty bad from an environmental perspective, and even though you could opt out of cleaning, that was only possible for a couple of days in a row.

- Location is excellent, walking distance to Ikebukuro-station and airport shuttle bus. Massive shops/restaurants nearby. There is a 24hrs convenience store in Floor 1. - Staff is professional and excellent, the room is clean and comfortable (except bed). - Two coin-operated washing machines in Floor 10th, it is quite helpful for long-stay guests

- The bed is not that comfortable against other same/similar standard hotels in Tokyo. Minor issues: - The room size is limited, but this is standard in Tokyo area. - The breakfast is good, but offering more variety would be great for long-stay guests.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel especially for visitors who likes anime or shopping, it is super near to the main anime and shopping streets. The room assigned to us was facing the wall of the next building, there was no view to see but it quite expected for most hotels in city centre. Washing machines and dryers can be found almost at each floor, so it is quite accessible for those who needs them. The room is clean and they will provide new towels each day. There is still cold aircon options even during winter which is hard to find at Hokkaido and Aomori. The staffs are friendly and welcoming.

As usual, the room was not spacious and it was hard to fit 2 large luggages. The bed could also be larger for 2 average adults. The fridge does not have the freezing compartment. Otherwise, everything else are pretty good.

Manga bookshelf at lift lobby on my floor, very good; Location close to ANIMATE & bookoff shops; Convenience store nearby; Room clean & tidy, well equipped; the apple green colour of the room is soothing for me; Nice & comfortable bed, with a big cushion, can have good sleep; cleaning staff are polite; Umbrellas are free to borrow;

The area in front of the elevator on my floor is too dim, difficult to see the comic books on shelf, especially after sunset.

The location was fantastic. On a quiet street yet everything is just around the corners. The staff were very warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were so helpful. The room was gorgeous and the shower was excellent We used the washerdryer that was available. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had array of western and Japanese fair. They held our bags for us after we checked out. This hotel is lovely and I would recommend it. For our first visit to Tokyo, we had a lovely experience staying here.

There is nothing to say here. We found Presso excellent.

Located within short walking distance to the Ikebukuro station, easy to find the hotel, friendly and accommodating staff who were always looking to help. Very clean facility, quiet, and plenty of amenities and options for helping travelers.

Check out time was listed as 10 AM on booking, but at 9:30 AM as I was getting ready to leave to check out, room service tried to enter my room several times and when I answered my door, they were surprised to see I was still there.

We don’t smoke but booked a room that allows smoking. The smell was insane. Even the air coming out of the air filter was smoky. We can smell smoke from our clothes even a few days after (we had our luggages closed for most of the time). If you don’t smoke, book a non-smoking room. The staff ended up switching us to a non-smoking room which was great. Really appreciate their service!

The hotel is bit far from the station, especially in the summer heat. The hotel seems fairly new and was therefore in good shape and clean. The bed was a bit hard, but that is a personal preference.

I had no problem, but some tourists may not like how far it is from central Tokyo and popular tourist attractions like SkyTree and Disney. But it is close to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya.

The location was excellent. Short walk: To train station. Sunshine city shopping centre. Cafe's Restaurants. Will definitely book again on my next visit to Japan.

Only thing I found wrong was the bed and pillow were a bit hard for my tastes. Room was small, but more than enough room for a solo traveller.

Very strategic, near the ikebukuro rail station. Cozy environment, clean room, nice staff and to perfection there’s family mart downstairs that open 24 hr a day. Surely we”ll be back to Keio Presso Inn :)

The bench in front of the hotel, due to many customers of family mart are sometimes throw the garbage away. That’s one thing that i didn’t like.
