The buffet breakfast was not extravagant but did have all of the usual items you would expect. The location was great once you got your bearings. Easy 10 min walk to Ginza, Tokyo Tower and great little restaurants nearby. Also about 10min walk to Hamamatsucho station that can take you to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku etc. The staff were quite friendly but English is not their first language, so a little patience goes a long way. The rooms are definitely not big but I was still comfortable as there was availability to place my items away without mess everywhere.

We did not like the inflexibility to check in earlier! Many hotels around the world do allow or even compensate for the fact travellers can arrive very early in the morning.

The main advantage is hotel’s location, it has several subway stations nearby. Additionally, it was very clean and quiet. The staff was professional.

1. Staff doesn’t quite speak English, there was only one girl who was able to help us without translator. 2. The room is extremely small, as expected. But we didn’t have enough space to deposit our bags.. 3. The room for washing machines cannot be used all the time. The process is structured in such a way that nobody knows from which room the person who uses the machine is. And if he/she doesn’t pick up his/her clothes on time, you have to wait a lot. 4. Breakfast was delicious, but the variety of food was limited and the same everyday.

The hotel is 8 minutes away by foot from Tokyo Tower, Zojo-Ji temple, and beautiful park connecting both. On the first floor, there was a 24/7 convenience store where you can get anything for a noght snack. Metro stations 5-8 minutes from hotel. Breakfast great value for the money - though I missed tomatoes and salmon for breakfast, but somehow, in most hotels I stayed, they don't have tomatoes. Self check in was easy - I read on the reviews that it was difficult, and it was not at all. Towels were changed daily also for me was not needed, still they did which was nice.

One thing would be nice if staff spoke better English, but their English is better than my Japanese 😁

This was our second stay in this hotel. It is a perfect business-type hotel that is also great as a base for a leisure stay in Tokyo. It's close to 3 stations, just across a park next to the Tokyo Tower and withing walking distance from the Imperial palace. The rooms may be small, but the are neatly organized. There is a possibility to book a smoking room. Beds are comfy and big. The bathroom fits one person only, but has all the usual amenities. Since last year, the hotel has significantly improved their breakfasts - there is a wide selection of local and western food. There is a direct door to a convenience shop open 24/7. There are drink and ice vending machines along with washing machines on 2 floors. The staff are friendly and eager to help. There are new check-in/out machines in the lobby.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was close to two convenience stores, easy street access for loading and unloading luggage/suitcases, and had great access to the subway as well as different tourist attractions in Minato City. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was great and it is priced very fairly. One thing I didn't like, which has more to do with personal preference, is that the mattress in the room was quite sturdy compared to what I am used to, however, I still managed to get really good nights rest. The hotel also seems to have a stronger business customer base rather than tourist ones. However, everything else was great.

Good location near Hamamatsucho station, shops and restaurants. Next door to Lawson supermarket which can be accessed directly from the hotel. We took 3 rooms, for 1 person each. Room was convenient enough for 1 person. Check-in and check-out was super smooth through their computer system. Breakfast was good enough, variety of choices. Complete amenities including coffee drip bags which can be taken for free at the lobby. They have smoking rooms plus an indoor smoking area next to the hotel entrance. Wi-fi connection in the room was fast and stable, good for work.

I found hair in the omelette during breakfast. Space is tight but still cozy. Didn't have enough time there. Wish we could've spent more time there. Hairdryer was slow but that's ok. Perhaps more choices of cereal for breakfast.

The location was great! It's about a 15-minute walk from the tokyo tower as well as a 10-minute walk from the yamanote line station. There is also a lawson attached, which was convenient.

The walls were a little thin, I heard our neighbor sneeze a few times, but other than that, it was great.

The location is great, close to several metro stations & to Hamamatsucho railway station (monorail from Haneda airport arrives to this station). Very calm neighborhood, though restaurants and bars are located within walking distance from the hotel. There are a lot of grocery stores around, you can enter one of them right from the hotel. Clean rooms with all the necessary facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc). Helpful & polite staff. One day we had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good. Comfortable pillow & bed.

Small room & bathroom but it's typical for hotels in Japan and we were okay with that.

Great location, a little bit out of the city but super close to two major train stations. Staff were friendly and check in process was super simple. Loved having the convenience store in the lobby. Only downsides, this appears to be the standard in Japan but the rooms are tiny, there’s basically no storage space so make sure your clothes are easily accessible. The beds were also rock hard, the hardest we slept on the entire trip which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Loved every bit of this property, the check in was smooth, the rooms are small but extremely efficacious. Everything has been optimized for a pleasant stay. The convenience stores on the same floor, the washing machines, the washroom, the attached convenience store to the hotel, everything worked together to create a comfortable stay. There are multiple stations nearby, location is excellent in that regard. It’s a short walk to the Tokyo Tower and surrounding areas. Staff was helpful and accommodating. It was an amazing stay.

Nothing really, it might be a bit too cramped for two folks but that’s about it.
