I liked its location.

When arriving at hotel i was directed to the annexe which is around the corner in the next street. It was raining. I had to carry my suitcase up the steps to main entrance (there was a lift but could not be accessed from outside if not a guest). Afetr speaking with reception I was directed to the annexe and then carried my suitcase down the stairs again and around the corner to annexe. Electronic check in. Not ideal if you have heavy luggage. When booking via internet it seems to me those rooms are in the annexe.

Location to Tokyo Scramble, 2 great restaurants right next door, easy walking

need more electrical outlets, washer/dryer combo took a long time to complete a cycle, need easier instructions in English for signing onto Netflix etc. and washer/dryer

The hotel is very well located, only a 7-8 minute walk to Shibuya station. The rooms were well stocked with a mini fridge, hair dryer, and individual heating/cooling unit. The room was very quiet. I stayed in the annex building (which is about 2 minute walk from the main building) and in the annex lobby the hotel had free toiletries for guests to take up to their rooms in case they forgot their own. The annex lobby also had free umbrellas to take for day use which would have been very helpful in the spring time.

The entrance to the hotel lobby is a little obscure and requires stairs to get up to check-in which isn't the most ADA friendly (there is a ramp entrance off to the side but you need to use the intercom to get buzzed in to use it or already have a key card).

We really liked the cleanliness, the facilities (shower and laundry), and the super convenient location next to Shibuya Station (one that is avoided even by the locals). We've stayed here before in 2020, when the hotel was under renovation. At this stage, it looks like a finished wonderful building. We stayed at their new building, the Annex, which is between the original building and a convenience store.

The rooms not have really been upgraded enough to justify the significant price hike over the years. However, when it comes to real estate, location is key. Given the prices though, it is unlikely we'll use the same hotel on our next annual trip to Tokyo.

Hotel was located at a perfect place to explore Tokio. Rooms were of a good size, great WiFi and had a washer/dryer. Directly next to it was a Family Mart, which is amazing for late night Snack or grabbing a quick breakfast in the go (we did not try the Hotel breakfast) Staff was super kind! Shibuya Stream with nice Restaurants is very close. Use the "New South Gate" exit from Shibuya station.

Compared to our other stays in Japan this Hotel was more expensive for the standard - and then to have the room cleaning at an extra charge seemed off to us (we only stayed for a few nights and did not have our towels exchanged/room cleaned) but this is something we do not know from other hotels - also claiming it is for the environment seemed a bit like "the easy way out". So not a major issue for us, but a bit weird.

It is walking distance to Shibuya shopping areas. The room has washing machine cum dryer which is very good for long stay. The hair dryer is very good, dry hair super fast, should have bought one home. The room is big. The bed is big.

It will be better if it is much closer to the shopping areas. Perhaps can try another Tokyu Stay Hotel which is at Shibuya too.

The hotel was a 6 minute walk from Shibuya Station, and had a Family Mart right next door. The room was small but comfortable, with amenities found in the lobby. The best part about this hotel was that they had a washing machine in your room, so you could do your laundry with ease. Huge plus for us. They also provided a fridge, microwave, sink with soap and washing cloth, and plates and cutlery for your convenience.

The only challenge was not being able to use the elevator upon your first entry, as you need s room key to access the door. So it was a bit inconvenient to drag our luggage up the stairs to the lobby, but it only happened the one time, so not that large an issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and hotel were very clean and well-kept. Location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Shibuya station and a variety of restaurants and shops. They offer free luggage storage on the day of check-out. Convenience store is just round the corner from the hotel. The washing machine in the room was easy to use.

There was not enough space to hang our clothes. Other than that, the hotel was great!

I like the location. It is near the shibuya square where all the train is accessible and there is washing/dryer in the room.

The advertised room is located at the main building. The bathroom is a lil'bit old design vs the hotel look.

Newly renovated lobby and rooms. Free coffee at the lobby. Washer dryer, microwave, induction stove and cutlery/crockery in the room. TVs have Netflix. Family Mart next door. Quieter part of Shibuya, but walking distance to the scramble crossing.

Toilet smells bad sometimes. I don’t mind the limited housekeeping where they only empty the bins and replace towels on most days. You can hear the trains passing but it’s v muted.
