The hotel is very clean and organised. Our room was bigger than most we’ve stayed in Japan and it had comfy beds, a great view to the canal. Our towels were changed daily, as well as our trashcan. Cleaning was done every 3 days, and it was done well. Breakfast was nice and tasty with traditional and universal dishes.

It’s a bit far from the metro and bus station. This is of course to no fault of the staff or management, but at the end of a long day 10 minutes of walking sometimes felt like 30. The good thing is that there’s a LUUP parking right next to the entrance, however it was tough finding 2 at the same time parked there.

The room my friend and I got was comfortable for us. We would come to our room to sleep, shower, eat breakfast and go on to our plan activity for the day. The breakfast was different since it was our first time in Japan but delicious. Google maps will guide us to different train stations around the property based on the activity we had plan (8-15 minute walks). There are also great food spots down the main street and combini stores almost every block. The price was reasonable and the location was quiet so we definitely got good rest.

The only thing we didn’t like was not having a drawer or closet to put our clothes away but we managed by keeping our luggage’s under the bed due to limited space.

Amazing! Our favourite thing was the daily free breakfast spread including rice, salad, rolled omelettes, bacon, pastries, Japanese side dishes, soups, coffee etc. The room was comfortable enough for a 2-week stay and the lobby coin washer/dryer was very handy. There’s a Lawson right outside and is in 10 minute walking distance to the station, supermarket, fast food and other restaurants.

Main downside was that the WiFi was very slow, unusable for anything except basic web browsing (ie. no viewing photos/videos on social media or streaming Netflix). Other small downside was that while it was only a 10 minute walk to the station, we usually required line transfers to get to main areas so travel door to door somewhere like Shinjuku was usually 40-60 minutes.

The hotel staff are very nice. Although they have little English, they understood us when we spoke slow and simply. We didn’t organise an airport transfer to the airport, and one of the staff organised 2 taxis to take 4 of us and our big luggage there. I also like that they give us new towels everyday. Very clean hotel, would definitely recommend to others

Breakfast at this hotel is average, I think food can be improved. The location is not too bad. It is about a 7 min walk to the closest station. Although it is not too far away, as we do a lot of walking to places everyday, it can be very tiring walking back to the hotel at the end of each day.

Everything was in order. The room was not too small, it has room under the bed for the luggage so it doesn't get very cramped. It was a bit cold when the heater isn't running but if you turn it on it gets warm quite fast. It was a nice surprise to find out they offer free breakfast. And it was a bit of a shock to get new clean towels every day (nowhere else did I experience this).

The only downside is the location, it is a bit far from the city centre, but it's well connected to it by metro.

Room 4 of 5 The size of the room is decent compares to APA hotel I stayed before. It has everything I need, also it is clean. The shower and bathroom is ok too. Breakfast 4 of 5 Very nice breakfast with different varieties of foods. Nutrition balanced and everything is good quality. Staff 4 of 5 Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location 4 of 5 There are metro stations (10 min walk) and bus stop (East 22) 3 min. Also there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I like the area bcz its local residential area. It is safe and quiet. 10-15 min by bus you can reach to JR Tokyo station. Price 3.5 of 5 The value of staying in the hotel is also good.

The check in time is 4pm which is quite late. If the hotel can be a bit more flexible, that would be great as we arrived early.

It’s super clean. Yes it’s small, but everywhere in Tokyo is small. Around the hotel is 3 metro lines, 4 7/11. It’s really valuable for that money. Also it’s so clean water in shower. Shampoo shower gel quality are really good: If you are interesting in cheap trip i’m really recommend you this hotel. Stuff is so friendly and kindly. I love the cleaning stuff. They are so kind!!!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The food was delightful, offering many dishes that catered to different tastes. It's conveniently near Lawson and 7/11, making grabbing any essentials or a quick snack easy. The surrounding area is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing walks. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a pleasant, convenient, and serene place to stay. It is highly if you are going for a 2-3 day stay :D

However, it's important to note that this hotel is primarily a business inn. As a result, you'll encounter many businesspeople during your stay, which might affect the overall ambiance if you're looking for a more leisurely environment. Additionally, while the subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, carrying luggage to and from the hotel can be challenging, especially when heading to Tokyo Station.

Contrary to other reviews, the staff speak great English and were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small yet comfortable and clean, with space under the bed to tuck our suitcases. The area felt very safe - there are several convenience stores nearby, including right outside, and the metro/subway is only a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was very varied - as a vegan there wasn’t much I could eat but I was able to have something every morning which was appreciated.

The staff are exceptional, very approachable and supportive of our needs. The hotel is spotless, quiet and reasonably priced. The breakfast is delectable, filling and healthy foods like they’re home cooked meals. We always look forward to breakfast. This hotel is walkable from the subway with several local restaurants and convenience stores. I was also glad that there’s laundry machines to wash our clothes.
