This is the 2nd time we booked the one bedroom suite. It’s spacious and has a balcony. A little disappointed with the view from the balcony. The Gardens Hotel blocked our view. Anyway not a big issue. Most importantly the room is clean & have everything we needed for our stay. The staff especially the concierge are friendly and helpful. We chose to stay here because of the location. Easy access to Mid-valley mall. Lots of shopping, food & cinema. Great for mid-night movie! Parking is easy and flat rate for guests. The lobby lounge on the 7th floor is a nice place for guests to relax and helped themselves with a cup of coffee/tea. We definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Easy access to 2 large shopping malls (The Gardens & Mid Valley). 7th floor lobby provides a convenient meeting place with good ambience to chill with friends or meet with contacts. It has a limited range of free snacks and tea/coffee to be enjoyed by residents and guests. The step-out balcony in 2 bed-room apartment is great to get some fresh air and enjoy the city views.

Used a 2 bed-room apartment. While the apartment is of good size, the kitchenette was extremely small and lacks sufficient space.

The room and the location were superb. Very Spacious, clean and very comfortable to stay. They also have delicious room service meals which we were thankful cos we were too tired to go out for breakfast after such a long drive due to the jam.

The parking at first was a bit confusing. They shd put better signages at the level we should park nearest to the lift lobby glass door near isetan. But once u know, it is quite easy. Nominal fee of rm5 which is reasonable.

Near huge mall, convenient. And the suites are clean, I cannot find any ants at the kitchen. ☺️ staff were friendly and helpful also.

In-room dining does not hv Chinese vegetarian options. I was on 2832, the master bedroom toilet blinds were dusty, so I couldn’t draw the blinds.

Location is quite central. Beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer on each floor.

There is no allocated parking spaces for hotel guests. Would not recommend if you are driving your own car here. Quite difficult to get parking as it shares parking with the mall. Also takes a long time getting through the roads around the mall to access the parking.

The location is amazing, rooms wonderful and staff very helpful… only downside is the pool,.. the grout is black, the wooden rotten , only 3 sun beds but worst of all the wooden floor slats have lifted and become loose , esp bad around the children’s pool which is dangerous and the railings along the outside edge of the infinity pool are loose! ,

Its central location and the ease to find all that i needed from food, fashion, jewellery, gadgets...everything. I have always been a loyal guest in Gardens Residences.

I wish we had a SMART TV so that i could mirror from my Ipad. That was a bit of a letdown since they did some refurbishment. Having a nice coffee machine would also have added a touch of class too.

The apartment is well equipped and extremely spacious. Location is fantastic being next to 2 malls with plenty if good dining options

I stayed at St Giles multiple times but the last time they requested for a deposit. However I could not sign for my breakfast despite having a deposit with the property!

It was quiet, clean and smell good, very suitable if you are bringing parents or adult children for a quiet break. It is situated inside a high end mall which is connected to a mega mall hence it is convenient to get various types of food and do shopping while getting a peaceful rest.

Newly refurbished and renovated. The smell of the hotel was so nice. But the Lobby now is at level 7. Its ok. Seems to be under staff but still ok. Bed was comfy, as usual.

The Tv although flat screen need to be updated. Should have smart tv so that we can play youtube or netflix. (for the kids)
