I absolutely love the location, it's convenient and close to everything on the Blvd. Each floor has an amazing fragrance that greets you from the elevator, it is amazing. It is such a gorgeous hotel with great decor and design. They have one of the best breakfast buffet that I have ever had and put some of the US hotels to shame. The buffet was soo good that I wasn't hungry until dinner. I love the view of the Ferris Wheel and the rooftop bar and swings are a plus.

I would like it if the maids were changing the actual blankets and linen. The blanket stunk badly like the previous person. They were being refolded and not washed in between customers. I would like if housekeeping had swept the floors in my room, other than that I love the room and hotel

I loved the location as it’s right beside the mall and all the restaurants and stores close by. The local bus crosses right at the entrance of hotel. Staff is always very very friendly and helpful. Octavio and Rene were very friendly and supportive. I forgot others name but each staff member was very nice. I had a wonderful comfortable stay.

Only thing that it didn’t have its own beach otherwise everything is on point.

The location of the hotel is great if you would like to avoid the noises of the clubs in the center, even though they are pretty close (it’s less than 10 min with an Uber). It’s also close to one of the public beach of the cities (15 mins walking). The pool on the rooftop is amazing, with a bar as well. They have several long chairs, offer towels and the food/cocktails are good. At each floor they also have a water station to refill purified water. Breakfast is also good, with different options (savory and sweet). They also make fresh omelets in front of you if you like them. We’d recommend it and go back.

Nice room, great breakfast, nice rooftop with pool, bar and fitness center. There was a shopping center right next door with restaurants and other activities.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Also my room was right in front of a huge ferris wheel, blocking the view of the lagoon and destroying the privacy of the room.

Valet Service at hotel was amazing and I would say the most customer friendly staff at the hotel. ROOF top bar and pools was also great!!! The beds at the hotel were also very comfortable. Rooms were modern and pretty clean. Convenient location although very busy given it is connected to the mall with a few restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Front desk staff weren't amazing. Room was small and no air flow which was the main negative as the windows do not open so your swim suit does not dry once used for 3 days!!! Tiles in washroom look dated already!!!! Our view was not great of Ripley's believe it or not and Ferris wheel right outside our window even though hotel was not booked and quite a few rooms available.

I liked the location. Right beside a shopping mall with tons of food options as well as a pharmacy next door that made snacking easy. The swing in the room was amazing and relaxing to look out to the beach. I loved that there were several plugs, one on each side of the bed and a small table on each side. The shower was large and the water stayed hot throughout my entire shower. I mention that because a lot of hotels water does not stay hot the entire time.

Breakfast was not included. Most hotels offer free breakfast.

Everything was great, very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants and tours that would make my trip to Cancun fun. Huge shout out to Juan for saving me with a last-minute booking to see Coco Bongo for my birthday. The food is also great; the rooftop bar made the best soft shell crab tacos I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going.

I loved loved staying at Canopy by Hilton. From the big grin from Carlos also Adrian when you walk into the building. The whole staff went the whole 9yards to make sure my daughter and I had an awesome stay for 6days at Canopy. I would like to point that this hotel is right by the mall and we had access to everything. We went out most evenings for dinner and if you can please go to the THAI restaurant within the mall ( Food was absolutely delicious), It has a lovely water view and you can watch the sunset while having dinner. Downtown was only a 12pesos one way local bus away and we were happy to save a bit on transport by using this option. The final highlight from my Trip was JOE ( he made amazing cocktails and was lovely enough to make me something new for 5nights when I went down to the bar). I mentioned to JESUS that it was my birthday and he sent me a treat. The rooftop bar was very awesome. If you spend most of your time outside during your vacation I would recommend staying here as you get all the perks at the fraction of the resort costs. Please pay for the view (absolutely stunning and worth it)

On Day one we arrived around 6pm and our room was not ready ( This was during busy season so i assume this affected house keeping) The issues that I had problems with during my stay was promptly addressed. I will like to highlight JESUS especially for being helpful and always willing to go the extra mile with the huge smile on his face One thing to note (didn't report this) was that housekeeping should pay more attention to the floors in the room during cleaning as it seems they missed it a few times

Close to the airport, tastefully done in a hotel metropolis. Good food.

One of the lifts didn’t work for three three days we were there. Would be good to be able to use the stairs rather than. The lifts all the time. The plug sockets in the reception area had issues with them.

Facilities are super nice, rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, so there's plenty to see and eat. The breakfast was good, but our favorite was the hotel's restaurant at the top next to the pool, the view at night of the ferris wheel with the infinity pool was amazing.
