The swimming pool was clean and the program was good. The child also enjoyed spending time in the sandbox. Tom, an employee at Sandbox, kindly taught me how to play the game. We went to the sandbox and played games for three days. The friendly staff will remain in your memory for a long time. Room service was also good. Thanks to the staff who did not ask for tips, I had a comfortable 3-day vacation without feeling burdened 🙂

the food in most restaurants is below average. The exception is the buffet. The room service food, especially, is the worst by far. The drinks in every bar are pretty plain as well. Also, the staff should have better control over the “spot reservation” system created by some guests. We noticed that guests wake up early to put towels in chairs and leave for hours before coming back, leaving others without it

We had a great time at Royal UNO. the resort is brand new and clean. Very friendly staff. Nice and modern room.great restaurants. I love the breakfast at the main buffet. The beach was clean and beautiful, with an amazing bar. great shows at the sky bar

You could wake up in the middle of the night when drunk and loud guests pass by your room and scream, but that’s a problem if you go to bed around 12-1 am. lol lineups sometimes can be long .all the chairs by the pool gone early morning, so nothing left after breakfast. It’s a family resort, so there are lots of kids around, but surprisingly we didn’t bother

Our room is nice, and the bed is comfy. Their staff is friendly mostly Irving in Vela restaurant, Pedro in Chala Bar, Ricardo in Flama and Pepito in La Luce Bar. But all the server and staff are all good. Their food is tasty specially in La Luce is the BEST. All pool are nice and clean my daughter love it. We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area, beach even there is a sargassum. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

though this was a family resort, the children out numbered the couples. there were only three speciality restaurants and children were allowed in all three. Every night there were babies crying and I had a high chair right next to me with a lovely baby next to me almost in my lap! we were celebrating our anniversary so it was disruptive. if you are a family with small children, this is a place for you. if you are going without children, a facility with adults only or separate spaces may be more to your liking.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, as it's recently refurbished everything is new and in great condition. There are extensive food choices in the buffet and you can also book to eat at the 3 restaurants on site. Food is literally avaliable 24/7 as room service is included in the all inclusive package and there's a Cafe serving small rolls/cakes/ice cream/coffee/creeps etc. The rooms are spacious and bathroom is especially are incredible!...the bathroom has a huge bathrub, a spacious seperate shower (with built in seat), a seperate toilet and 2 sinks. Also every room has a view of the pool or ocean due to the hotel layout which is nice you know you've got a good view no matter what room you're in. The staff were very helpful, there was a variety of activities during the day and entertainment in the evening. I'd recommend only really taking cash for tipping as all additionals (day trips, hotel shop, hotel spa etc) is all charged to your room and paid when you checkout. Also the gym facilities were brilliant to for any gym goers. Pool towels are provided and in ample supply.

My only criticism, and this I believe is purely due to the hotel only recently opening, is a slight lack of consistency...some days we could get bottled water from the cafe/roof top bar, other days we were told these areas didn't serve bottled water. Some days we could eat in at the cafe (with plates/cutlery) other days we were told they didn't offer sit in options. Just small things and this didn't in any way effect our time at Royal Uno. We'd absolutely visit this hotel again and were overall very very happy.

The room was freshly updated with great amenities and an even greater view. The food at the main restaurant was diverse, tasty and always fresh. The bars were exceptionally well stocked and the staff eager to serve. The addition of the coffee shop was well thought of and the delicious coffee they have availeble helped us get through jet lag. This hotel quite literally has everything you need, just keep in mind that this type of stay (all inclusive resort) is not for everyone and you might get bored after a few days. I would imagine this is perfect for families and groups, however.

The lack of elevators was quite frustrating, as there was only one available for the entire wing of the hotel and our room was on the 6th floor. The main door to the room was not great at keeping the noise of the wind out, but this is really nitpicking from our side. Also, the "Asian" restaurant was hilariously not Asian and not worth a visit. Food doesn't magically become Asian when you shower it with soy sauce ... :)

I recently stayed at the Hilton Mar Caribe and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring my needs were met from check-in to check-out. A special mention to Alex who was so kind and welcoming to me especially knowing I was travelling by myself. His professionalism and care was amazing. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals that exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Mar Caribe for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
