The hotel was quite beautiful and in a wonderful location (in front of the marina, and right next to a mall with lots of shopping & dining options). The staff were particularly helpful and attentive. The room itself was lovely and generally clean with an amazing view of the marina. Breakfast was also quite nice.

The check in process was quite long even though there was no queue. Humidity issues meant some rooms smelt strongly of wet rug/damp so I had to change rooms quite early on. The room fridge wasn't working and had to be changed.

Good location to the shopping complex, and located next to many great restaurants. Beautiful view from our room, and they even gave us an upgrade to the water view. Hotel and room were very clean, and they even organised the makeup I had left in the room.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. We were on the 2nd floor so we could hear a lot of music at night. Location to the central area isn’t great, so we spent a lot of money on taxis/ubers to get around.

Love the location the view. It was right next to an outlet mall so I was able to shop and eat at different restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach food is served there and has a nice atmosphere. Will stay again soon.

No outside guest can come up to your room but I understand for safety reasons

The location was very good, next to mall with lots of restaurants, there was an oxxo , money exchange across the street The view from room was beautiful, especially at night. Very comfortable bed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Close to main road where you could get a bus to the city or hotel zone.

The balcony had only one uncomfortable chair. Needs 2 good chairs so we could sit and have morning coffee and relax at night. Also, lack of towel rack and hooks to hang clothes in bathroom.Nowhere to hang wet bathsuit.

Room was very comfortable. Location was away from the tourist area and right next to a large shopping mall (there was a door from the hotel that led straight into the mall). As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around the shopping mall and marina area. I had the breakfast twice and found the food choice excellent. There is an affiliated beach club so if you want beach and sea you can catch the free shuttle bus there which was very pleasant (the beach club, not the shuttle). The beach club access is also free, you just have to pay for food and drink when you are there. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Easy to order taxis through the front desk and desk is manned 24 hours. Moises in the Transport department was also very friendly and helpful. There is a tour desk if you want to book anything. Had dinner at one of the restaurants which was very pleasant.

A very minor thing that would not effect most people, but if you happen to book a tour (not through the hotel) the front area is too small for coaches to pick you up so you'll have to make your way to another pick up point.

Very nice room, big shower, bathroom, good facilities, nice decoration. Next to the shopping mall, easy to find food, nice neighbourhood

The first ay nobody came to clean the room, even after I gave tips to the cleaning ladies when they were cleaning other rooms; I also told someone to clean the room a few hours later, she confirmed, but even at 5pm still no cleaning. Very wired.

Location, nice pool and good breakfast

The internet was choppy, they asked me to pay 7 USD per day for fast internet upsale? I find that quiet cheap from the Hotel, Fast internet for guest should be a MUST"!"" Just unconfortable to pay extra for fast internet in todays world! I work online and need this as a MUST, just this feature may change me to book another similar hotel that does offer free fast internet!

The property was very clean and all the amenities were easy to find. The staff was amazing— Jimmy was one of the first people we met there and he was our unofficial tour guide for the trip. He, along with the other staff at the hotel, was informative, kind, polite, and attentive. I loved it so much!! They had a private beach club, a jacuzzi, room service, and so much more. I felt like royalty staying at this hotel and it was very clean !!

The beach club is great but hotel transportation to and from the private beach property ends at 6. After that, youd have to come back on your own. I kind of wish there were later pick up times but uber is always a good alternative!

The location is just perfect, in front of the Cancun harbour and next to the mall/shops. They have shuttles to the nearby beach every day and beach is great to spend time. The infinity pool and the hydropool in the hotel are great. Rooms are big and nice with a great harbour view.

The breakfast could have been much better, the options are very limited and you need to wait a very long time to just get an omelette or a pancake. The staff in the breakfast hall weren't very helpful.
