Location was perfect Staff incredible good Food amazing

The room needs some ventilation, it smells like humidity. Also windows can not be opened it.

Just needed a short place to stay, staff are SO NICE although for check in we had to wait a little bit. Standard room, clean. Location was just OK - we'd stay here again but there is not much around in terms of food options.

Not many food choices closeby - have to walk

The location is best for people who want to explore a very popular tourist destination's city life or local life. You can reach the Cancun Hotel Zone very easily by public transport, Uber, or taxi. I stayed three nights at the place with my family (wife and kids), and I never used the taxi service these days, except for Uber one time. I used the public bus, which is very cheap, convenient, and safe to travel to the Cancun Hotel Zone. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby where people can shop for their daily needs and souvenirs. For eating, this place is very rich in variety. People can try local foods, street foods, and fine dining experiences in various restaurants here. We don't eat pork, and we prefer halal foods to eat. There are some halal restaurants available nearby, and most of them are within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and big enough for the family, and their service was excellent. I booked a standard room without breakfast, but after booking, they upgraded my room with breakfast for a little extra money.

Though the hotel staff were very helpful and their service was excellent, sometimes they failed to manage guests with their necessities during the pick time (8 a.m.–10 a.m.) for breakfast.

room was good size. had parking. nice location in downtown. nice breakfast buffet but not big verity, you’ll find what to ear. Staff in breakfast was nice. bed was very big and comfortable.

hot water- took the shower long time to get hot, maybe because we were on the 5th floor. it took time to refill the food I’m the breakfast and there was lots of people, for example we started eating while waiting long time for bread

Room was great. It was a great location and a clean hotel space. Pool area was also very nice. Amazing breakfast included with the room stay. Great location, walking distance to malls and markets, and lost of amazing food locations.,

It is about 2 km close to a harbour. There is no beach access anywhere close to this hotel. Need to use an uber to get a beach. So the booking reference of being close to a beach is misleading.

Room very clean and spacious. Refreshed every day. Breakfast was nice and good options. Staff helpful at the desk. Quite cheap for a decent standard.

1st night very noisy from the room next door. No chicken available in the restaurant. Made us go out for dinner. Breakfast advertised from 6.30am but not open until 7am. Last morning banging noises from 6am due to maintenance next door.

Sixth floor room with a large and open balcony had a gorgeous nighttime view. Breakfast was very good. A lot of options. Breakfast staff worked hard. Mario, the bellman was extremely personable and cheerful. Location near the very large shopping mall was convenient. Anything you would need for almost any reason would be in there.

The temperature could not be adjusted lower than 20C 68F. It still felt a little warm and humid in the room. A pedestal fan (it could be stored in the large closet) would have been nice to have.

Hotel in a good localization, nearby restaurants, banks and a mall. It has a safe parking lot 24h. The room is pitch black during night, shower is good and bed is ok too. Hotel staff is very kind and will provide ant info you need. Would recommend to people who want to explore Cancun beaches by car instead of enjoying all inclusive hotels. Good costXbenefit

Everything went ok

Location was great for our purposes. We were a few blocks walking distance from the Independence celebration in downtown Cancun. There were plenty of smaller restaurants and cafes around to get a quick bite or drink. The room was clean and the staff was attentive and timely with help (we needed the tv remote batteries replaced and our room key reactivated).

Honestly, my only complaint was that there wasn't curtains on all the windows. I personally like a lot of light, but also want privacy. The main window had two sets of shades, but the other window (we were in a corner room) only had a draw shade across from another building.

Spacious room, great pool area, great facilities. For the price, the hotel is definitely a good value. The bed and the room were very comfy. Water bottle and good hygiene products provided.

The breakfast was not good at all. Very low quality food (eggs taste like boiled water) and not enough choice. The location is not the best, it is far away from the beaches and main areas, but there are still some good restaurants around. It is very difficult to take an Uber because of the pressure of the taxis, Uber has to hide and take you a block away otherwise they are threatened by taxis (but I guess it is the same in a lot of areas of Cancun).
