The hotel's proximity to city attractions is convenient. We love the amazing breakfast spread with plenty of options to choose from. Furthermore, the staff is exceptionally cooperative.

I chose to park at Decathlon, which costs 12 PLN for 24 hours, as the hotel's underground parking is expensive. Conveniently, Decathlon is located in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was great and tasty. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent, making the overall experience delightful.

Unfortunately, one evening I went to take a shower and was met with cold water. I stood there for five minutes, thinking I couldn't operate the shower. Eventually, I went to the reception, where I was informed that the hotel had a water issue and they were working on fixing it. It's a pity I didn't receive this information upon arrival, nor was it posted anywhere, as I know this situation affected others as well.

New, clean, well styled rooms. Underground parking. Good noise isolation. Iron and ironing board in the room. Teapot and tea bags in the room. Hairdryer. Air conditioning. Fridge. Bus stop is 30 meters from the hotel. Near hotel big mall. A very large bed in the room. And it's not two beds that are close together. It's a really big bed with one mattress. 4 pillows on the bed!

Parking costs 20 euros per day. This is cheaper than other hotels, but still expensive for a parking space for a hotel located on the outskirts of the city. Breakfast is ordinary, and the place where the food is located is very small. Because of this, there are always queues for food. The city center is about 30 minutes away by bus from the hotel.

Very pleased with the girls at the reception very quickly the process of authorization went through, help with the living conditions. Breakfasts were excellent especially the pastries apple pie and also very much fruit and even melon in winter, chicken meat cooked to the highest level felt the cook is professional. In service tomorrow the waitresses are very brisk, looking with an enamored look at the visitors very you high standard of service everything is top notch on all aspects. The room is perfect, clean and comfortable to sleep especially the quietness.

Being a Hampton By Hilton, it certainly met all of our expectations in terms of the facilities on offer (with good internet), good size rooms/bathrooms with comfy beds, and an awesome breakfast. Staff on reception were nice and welcoming on arrival/departure and we didn't have any issues during the stay. Lovely ceiling to floor windows allowing for plenty of natural light, and good air-conditioning. Modern & efficient throughout.

This is by no means the fault of the hotel, but, just bear in mind that it is around a 20 minute ride to the centre of town by bus (stops are just a short walk) and around a 40 minute ride to reach the old town. It's well located for the airport (around 15 minutes by taxi. Lastly, we couldn't be sure, but there didn't seem to be any/many restaurants nearby, unless you went into the shopping centres of Reduta or Blue City.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious and clean, all appliances worked as expected. Breakfast was varied and tasty, the fact that you can make your own waffles was a nice surprise. The daily refill of free still water bottles in the room was also nice and appreciated. There is a bus station a few meters away from the hotel entrance, and a big shopping mall nearby.

The sliding door of the bathroom was heavy and a bit difficult to open/close, a regular door could have worked better. The hotel is quite far from the city center/main attractions, so it's required to use the public transport or taxis.

The location is great if you are in need of a night stay to continue the journey in the morning. We were driving from Zakopane and the hotel is on the route to bypass Warsaw. Breakfast is included in all bookings and it was actually a lot better than I expected. It had good coffee, fresh pastries, beans, sausages, fried vegetables, juice and a lot of other things. Reception was 24/7, spoke good English. I liked underground parking for ease of access later. Outside has a neat little view with the plane.

The connecting door was a bit weird. Mattress a bit too stiff for our liking. Underground parking was nice, just a bit expensive, but those rates are pretty standard as far as parking fees go. Otherwise not many complaints.

The property was really clean and very well kept...the room was like new...everything you would need from a big chain hotel. Service was efficient and very friendly.. Great breakfast in a morning and located only ten minutes from the old town. Taxis are very cheap so was quicker and easier to use than public transport. Located a little out of the centre of Warsaw from a tourist point of view but using Grab you were anywhere you needed to be in 10 minutes. Only 15 minutes away from Chopin airport with taxis very affordable.

Only thing to complain about is that it could be located to the centre to walk. Taxis very affordable to take that issue away...otherwise a great location to explore the city

We had a good stay here. The hotel was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It’s easy to get there when coming from the Czech Republic, just a few minutes from the highway. Bus to the city center was fast and easy, no problem at all.

At breakfast, the morning sun was very strong because there was no shading. Also, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the bathroom had no good ventilation. But overall, it was a good experience.

Breakfast was good. Room was not big but comfortable. Position is good, 15/20 minutes bus from city centre and other tourist area but bused are cheap, on time and frequents.

Breakfast room is really undersized, difficult to get food sometimes and to find a table. EXCHANGE RATE is awful, don’t pay in your currency, PAY in zloty.
