Beautiful interior and amenities. Butler and concierge services were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable! Honeymoon surprise was very nice and appreciated. Views from the balcony were exceptional.

TV was bad. Limited choices of channels and no access to streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). Casting option was faulty so we couldn’t use the tv at all. Mini fridges did not close properly so items were not cooled. Tea cups were not replaced after cleaning so could not make coffee the following day.

The most beautiful hotel in Doha,from the moment you walk into the lobby you realize you made the right decision to book this hotel. We stayed in the sea view suite and it was magical and perfectly decorated to the smallest details. Butler service is on the spot and the room service food is delicious. The view from the room balcony was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. Breakfast was very good and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Pool is very clean and well needed in the super hot July weather. Everyone that works at the hotel is super nice and friendly. We travel 10-12 times a year to different countries and stayed in many different hotels and this one tops it all by far.

The shower was kinda tricky to operate since it’s electronic keyboard with so many options that it can get pretty confusing to use. I think they had good intentions by installing this type of system but for me a simple on off switch would have been better:)

It’s was an amazing room and some great staff, who tried to correct any issues we had. Pool area was nice and rooms we had was really nice, enjoyed Alba, Aqua service was slow and manager was really nice about it.

The lifts were broken and we had to use the service elevator, staff were not the good with English at times, a bit slow at Aqua and it was confusing navigating to get to some places.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel look and feel were luxurious. The amenities and services were very useful (specially the butler service). The bathroom was high end with nice technology. The view and the huge balcony were amazing.

The butler did not answer every time we called (we usually call once a day, at the end of the day when we order out). Regarding the checkout we asked for a late checkout which was approved but the electricity was cut off from the room anyway, so we needed to remind them and they turned it back on.

Everything perfect, the best hotel ever!!!
