I booked this hotel in preparation to take a big exam , I had everything I needed from a welcoming staff who spoke perfect English , to a wonderful lobby where I was to do my work , 5 stars breakfast , a perfect gym with all the necessary weights and machines , a pool , sauna (both steam and dry ) , outside jakuzzi , and massage service to unwind before any challenge. And most importantly the beds and bedrooms are super comfortable where you would fall asleep as you were at home. Almost half way between the airport and the center of Bucharest - where you can take the bus for 25 minutes arriving to piata Romana and start walking around the city to discover , have a drink and look for great restaurants. For those taking USMLE , it’s 10 minutes walk the prometric exam center and there is a shopping center halfway through your walk to get all the snacks you need for the exam. And a dosage of sunshine before you start. Great choice make sure you get there 2 nights before to be able to use the hotel services to be at your best physically and mentally

Staff super friendly, all amenities were great in the Spa, if you want a massage make sure to book it in advance. We found the breakfast a little overpriced for what is was offering (30 eur) also considering the room was already on the high end in terms of pricing. All in all good option for a stay only if you absolutely have to be in that part of town and are interested in the spa.

The hotel is a little old (furniture and design), the bed was too soft for us and they kept changing the settings of the thermostat we had to call several times to ask them to put up the heating. The radiator in the bathroom was not working, we informed the hotel however it was not fixed during our stay. The deposit they block is blocked for 7 days after check out date, although they say it will be released on check out day, my bank confirmed the initial retention of the deposit has been for check out date + 7 days, which is ridiculous for such a renown hotel chain.

The spa facilities were clean and upon arrival we had a birthday dessert waiting for us in the room. We were upgraded and the staff were so polite and pleasant. Cocktails were great prices and we wasn't far from the Therme spa or old town with shops. The bus service was excellent managed to travel round the vicinity with ease. The breakfast was 10/10. I would definitely come back again!!!

I was upgraded to the executive suite that was amazing as I had a lot of friends attending the same conference. I would not have chosen that location myself but the facilities and staff made up for that. Breakfast was very good, excellent staff and a very comfortable bed. I will definitely stay there again.

As we had a lot of activities to attend in the old town the location wasn't the best at this time. Traffic was very heavy in the afternoons so it took a very long time to go short distances. But as mentioned earlier, the comfort of the hotel and the amazing staff made up for it.

The hotel is very elegant and worked well for an international conference. Equipment worked flawlessly for the sessions I attended, i.e. microphones, projectors and such. The staff is friendly and professional, the Pine restaurant is nice although the service there might be a bit faster. The spa is nice, has an indoor pool (which was too cold for my taste but I saw people enjoying it so I think that's just me). The sauna, steambath and jacuzzi were very nice and the area is relaxing. The shower in the room was great. Good power and steady flow of warm water. Very good breakfast buffet. All in all it was a very pleasant stay that lasted for a week.

The directions to the spa from the room floors could be better, you have to go through a door that looks locked but isn't and although you know the general direction it's not obvious where to go. Like say in the positive section I liked the spa, but I also must say that only two of four bubbly lounge chairs in the jacuzzi were working. I'm sure they'll fix that soon.

The parking is charged separately.why???? :)) We were a couple - we've got a room perfectly prepared for single use . (one pair of slippers, one bathrobe) indeed we didn't asked for extra because we stayed only one night but..you've got the point. The mattress is quite hard and uncomfortable The walls are advertised as soundproof but there is almost no relation at all between soundproof and "rooms drywall separators "

Very nice room, very clean, staff from the reception very nice with exceptional customer service skills, hotel was pretty empty so you can relax but if you want action you should book in the city center.

I did not like that in the morning at the breakfast the staff were busy moving tables around to other restaurant, many of the food had no labels in the morning and when asking somebody from the staff they also did not know which milk is vegetable and which one was cow milk and so on for example. I am not sure if it is ok that in the morning the staff was also serving themselves from the drinks, coffees around never saw this in another hotel 4 or 5 stars hotel.

Clean and quiet hotel. Exceptional breakfast with a really diverse selection. The room was clean, we were pleased with the coffee machine. My friend visited the floating spa and the water was not clean enough. And the room was too hot.She was a little disappointed and I preferred not to go there.

Breakfast and breakfast service (a bit slower on one Wedkend), staff trying to help when requested. Room cleaning was very good, sometime excellent

Waiting at the bar one evening was too long to be acceptable, but otherwise service was good.

The spa in this hotel is incredibly nice. Very strange to find a spa where all the facilities work very well and really enjoy the help from the staff and the silence of each room.

The location is not one of the best but the quietness of the area made it perfect.
