The location is great if you go to the O2 because you can take the cable car or an Uber for less than 10 mns and 10€. The staff is super nice and helpful and the QR Code to whatsapp them is a nice idea. Plus the fact that this hotel is involved with charity is really great. I really liked the little dream dolls that I kept. The view on the river is really nice and you can take the subway to go into the city. There is a tesco in front of the hotel which is really nice and helpful.

The pain in the shower was peeling off and stuck in the feet while showering. When I told the staff when checking out they apologized which was nice. We couldn’t open the windows even a little. The portion of the caesar salad was a bit too small but good.

Great location, convenient to the centre. There is a cable car nearby to see London from up high or a quick trip towards Greenwich. The room is small but with everything you need. Very convenient that there is a European socket format, you don't need an adapter. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bar, serves breakfast and has a great terrace overlooking the city for a beautiful evening.

The door to the toilet and shower do not close tightly, so you may not be able to avoid waking your partner if you get up early. The pillows are a little uncomfortable.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, great value for money, great design, great staff. The safety in London was generally a big concern for us, however, the hotel and its location felt safe. In terms of transportation, the hotel is really great for O2 arena via the cable lift. Also there is a grocery store just 2 min. away. Special thanks to the kind and friendly staff- Ibrahim and the Bulgarian housekeepers. 👏☺️ Overall, the fact that the hotel is just above the river was so fun, the rooftop is also a great place for morning coffee with beautiful views.

I loved the space, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the amenities! The staff downstairs were very friendly and kind, I would definitely come back. I had only spent a night for a layover so I didn't get to explore much, but they had alot of nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance, I took a train from Heathrow and only was around a 10 min walk from the hotel.

I dont have anything that I disliked honestly, everything was well put together, if I had to pick on something maybe it would just be the parking situation, I believe they dont have a separate lot for guests.

Stayed a few times now, clean and calm and I like the concept. I didn’t even realise there was no tv until my partner said last time which is actually really nice. The rooftop bar is lovely with nice drinks. As a returning customer I got some sweet treats and a lovely note! My partner was impressed with the West Ham Art which is tastefully added. We always get pizza at the bus restaurant just outside of the hotel - authentic Italian pizza! Great for stays for the O2 and if you don’t mind getting the tube into central London - we always find the Excel tube the most convenient.

Breakfast is usually really good with great options for intolerances. Our last stay the breakfast wasn’t great. A bit cold - I think they were having an off day as times before it was great! I’d also say the mushrooms are a tad too seasoned!

I had a truly comfortable and restful stay at Good Hotel. The entire space was clean and cozy, and the bed and duvet were some of the best I’ve experienced. Soft lighting and the absence of blue light from electronics helped me sleep deeply. The room was a bit small, but the first floor felt like a stylish living room, filled with comfy sofas and desks. We spent two days there drinking tea and reading, just like at home. Others were working, having meetings, or chatting, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and full of energy. When I accidentally left something in the room, they went out of their way to find it for me. I was especially touched by Manager Ibrahim’s cheerful personality and his kind attention to me as a middle-aged Asian woman. It made my London trip even more special.

Room allocation for noise mitigation between rooms.

The Good hotel is a gem of a find, located very close to the o2 if staying to watch a concert. The tube is a very short walk if your venturing further a field. Breakfast had a good selection of choice and all food and breakfast drinks that were available were quality produce. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected but very well thought about for space, a kettle and refreshments tray is available, hairdryer, liquid soap, body wash and towels. Bed linens are also of a good quality. If you’re looking for a comfortable clean room, friendly staff, a good breakfast and an effortless stay this is the hotel to choose. We were a group of 3 couples with 3 rooms all of us had a great experience and all of us will definitely return when staying in London again.

Everything

The hotel is situated on the river banks, at the place of old dockyards. Threre is public transport, which can be used to access the city centre. The rooms are basic, but good enough for a short stay in London so I can definitely recommend it.

I would not exactly say that it is a problem, and most probably is part of the general conditions and pointed out, but upon check in you are charged 90 pound deposit. Mine was cancelled within the day of check in, so no big issue. Still it all depends if you can afford to have such an amount blocked. The noise isolation of the windows overlooking the street is not perfect, but the place is not very noisy, so this did not inferfere with sleep.

The room was a stunner with a beautiful river view. Plenty of room in the main part, a super cosy bed, and good storage. The location is excellent if you're attending an event at the 02. There's a pizza bus,Heroica, directly outside the hotel. The cable car station is right beside that. There's also a Tesco Express directly across the road, and I ordered a late night Uber Eats McDonald and it came in 10 mins. Staff are very friendly and there are nice lounges to sit in during/after your stay.

The bathroom was a bit cramped. Particularly getting out and trying to dry myself from the shower was not the best, as I was bumping between the sink and the screen door. I am not a skinny girl (UK 16) and I do think if I were a bit larger, the bathroom wouldn't quite accommodate you as comfortably as it could. The black paint also made the shower floor look a bit grubby. I would have liked to have the option of having a TV, but I did sleep very well with the sound of the water outside.

Great shower. Comfy bed. Tiny room, but so well organised that it seemed spacious. It was a pleasure to come back to every day. Pretty view of the water and lights on the trees in the square opposite the hotel. Very close to the cable cars that go over the Thames. Excellent location if attending a conference at Excel. There is a Tesco very close by. Bonnane Pizzeria is great and for lunch or breakfast Fratelli's cafe near Tesco is very nice. The in-house restaurant is great. Modern heating control was very welcome since I was staying in a cold January.
