Overall the stay was exactly as we expected, but I especially want to highlight the very mindful staff who took an extra step when we had neighbours going through some very noisy arguments one morning and we were offered a free relocation to a different room. Moving was eventually not necessary as the people from the other room checked out on the same day and we were pleasantly surprised to find an apology note from the staff in our room when we returned in the evening along with vouchers for two drinks on the bar. That’s an exemplary customer care, especially given that the inconvenience was not caused by the hotel or the staff itself.

Hotel had the wow effect on approach...over a pontoon deck to the main building a brilliant external presentation in a lovely setting by the dock. The stylish interiors were catchy and the attention to women's football in the artwork was an added person benefit. Room was snug but cute. A complimentary upgrade was provided for a birthday which was excellent hospitality. Had dinner after visiting Excel centre just a 7 min walk away which was lovely with scenic views across the waterfront, Greenwich and the cable car. Lovely breakfast in the morning whilst watching the local parkrun and swimmers in the dock.

Nothing was a didn't like...however not scores a 10 as the room was expensive based on square footage.

This was a wonderful find. The hotel is an ex-floating prison. Don't be fooled. It is lovely. The rooms are on the small side, but very comfortable and with everything you'd need. The location is excellent. I went for a water view room which was absolutely worth it. Complimentary coffee in the morning is a lovely touch. Read the story behind the hotel, it is a wonderful social enterprise employing local people who might otherwise struggle. Some of the service is a bit patchy, but considering the latter, this makes it all the more wonderful. Rather than a bland chain, this place really stood out. Can't recommend it more highly.

They are doing some renovations at the moment. There is quite a bit of wear on things like carpet, but considering the price, you really can't complain. I am sure once the renovations are done, this place will be even better.

The location is great if you go to the O2 because you can take the cable car or an Uber for less than 10 mns and 10€. The staff is super nice and helpful and the QR Code to whatsapp them is a nice idea. Plus the fact that this hotel is involved with charity is really great. I really liked the little dream dolls that I kept. The view on the river is really nice and you can take the subway to go into the city. There is a tesco in front of the hotel which is really nice and helpful.

The pain in the shower was peeling off and stuck in the feet while showering. When I told the staff when checking out they apologized which was nice. We couldn’t open the windows even a little. The portion of the caesar salad was a bit too small but good.

We stayed here for doing a triathlon at Excel and it was perfect! Staff was kind and helpful especially when needing to store luggage for the big race day. The downstairs is so nice and welcoming with interesting photos and history and a nice cafe/bar. The location is so cool as it literally sits on the water! Lovely to walk the docks/water. Our room, while super small and compact, was clean and designed efficiently. Loved the Guatemalan worry dolls! We only needed one night good night’s sleep, and this really was perfect for that! Also nice to have a kettle with both coffee and tea bags in the room as the cafe downstairs opened too late for us. About a ten minute walk to closest Tube. This hotel was a great choice for our one night pre race.

Great location, convenient to the centre. There is a cable car nearby to see London from up high or a quick trip towards Greenwich. The room is small but with everything you need. Very convenient that there is a European socket format, you don't need an adapter. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bar, serves breakfast and has a great terrace overlooking the city for a beautiful evening.

The door to the toilet and shower do not close tightly, so you may not be able to avoid waking your partner if you get up early. The pillows are a little uncomfortable.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, great value for money, great design, great staff. The safety in London was generally a big concern for us, however, the hotel and its location felt safe. In terms of transportation, the hotel is really great for O2 arena via the cable lift. Also there is a grocery store just 2 min. away. Special thanks to the kind and friendly staff- Ibrahim and the Bulgarian housekeepers. 👏☺️ Overall, the fact that the hotel is just above the river was so fun, the rooftop is also a great place for morning coffee with beautiful views.

I loved the space, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the amenities! The staff downstairs were very friendly and kind, I would definitely come back. I had only spent a night for a layover so I didn't get to explore much, but they had alot of nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance, I took a train from Heathrow and only was around a 10 min walk from the hotel.

I dont have anything that I disliked honestly, everything was well put together, if I had to pick on something maybe it would just be the parking situation, I believe they dont have a separate lot for guests.

Stayed a few times now, clean and calm and I like the concept. I didn’t even realise there was no tv until my partner said last time which is actually really nice. The rooftop bar is lovely with nice drinks. As a returning customer I got some sweet treats and a lovely note! My partner was impressed with the West Ham Art which is tastefully added. We always get pizza at the bus restaurant just outside of the hotel - authentic Italian pizza! Great for stays for the O2 and if you don’t mind getting the tube into central London - we always find the Excel tube the most convenient.

Breakfast is usually really good with great options for intolerances. Our last stay the breakfast wasn’t great. A bit cold - I think they were having an off day as times before it was great! I’d also say the mushrooms are a tad too seasoned!

I had a truly comfortable and restful stay at Good Hotel. The entire space was clean and cozy, and the bed and duvet were some of the best I’ve experienced. Soft lighting and the absence of blue light from electronics helped me sleep deeply. The room was a bit small, but the first floor felt like a stylish living room, filled with comfy sofas and desks. We spent two days there drinking tea and reading, just like at home. Others were working, having meetings, or chatting, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and full of energy. When I accidentally left something in the room, they went out of their way to find it for me. I was especially touched by Manager Ibrahim’s cheerful personality and his kind attention to me as a middle-aged Asian woman. It made my London trip even more special.
