Bedroom was clean,location perfect and so so quiet best nights sleep we both had, I stayed with my daughterinlaw. Food was awesome and very fresh and hot. Staff were lovely very welcoming and so polite. Only issue was we couldnt open the wardobe fully as the bar at the top of our front room door was in the way, maybe door needs to be round the other side? More than enough coffee and Tea and we had a disabled room so the bathroom if we needed was fantastic for someone with dissabilitys, Will defo stay again as really good were situatated and easy to get to most places including the theatres in Covent Garden

Very clean through out hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Bathroom toiletries were a very nice touch , with great shower . Enjoyed the much needed air con , very welcome as unable to have window open Tea tray was well stocked

Bathroom possibly a little too small, but was very clean , adequate and nice touches with toiletries We were unable to have window open for fresh air as air con units were right outside our window ( very noisy) Room also right next to cleaning cupboard, so very noisy early in the morning

Location was great. Staff were friendly. Didbt use restaurant. Lovely smelling shampoo, conditioner, body cream, shower gel and soap. They also provided sachets of hot chocolate tea and coffee Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, kettle and plenty of hangers. Small but very well equipped room.

The hotel was really hot. Had window open all the time but it was on the noisy side. The decor needs a little attention. The nets were filthy and the curtains needed a little tlc. Shower fell apart but was useable after we put it back together.

Called and was told rooms would be together. Got there, and were on different floors!! The chap at reception did his best, moved us and we were down different ends of the same corridor. He improved things by his attitude. It was a special birthday celebration. We liked all the staff (apart from who didnt do it right), so friendly, loved the breakfasts, the rooms, big tv, beds. the location was fab. We all said we'll be coming back here!

Our promised instruction not being fulfilled. I phoned specifically to double check a few days before. It didnt make a great start and I felt let down.

Location was AMAZING! Just around the corner from the Museum and easy walking to Trafalgar Square. Underground is very close by. Lots of restaurants close by too. Walkable to Soho. Just the perfect location.

My room was located by the door to the elevators and it was very noisy. My room also faced the street and the blinds/curtains weren't black out - so it was bright all night. Not a lot of street noise, just noise from the door to the elevator and stairs. Other rooms are quieter, so just ask for a room that is located away from the elevator/stairs.

Lovely staff, very helpful, friendly and polite. About a 20 min walk to our theatre location.

Room was quite small with no view. Twins beds were next to each other (we moved them so there was a gap in between which we preferred). The bed was far too soft but that’s my own personal preference. Breakfast was ok although I think a “menu” on the table would be helpful.

The hotel was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we required. The staff were amazing, they were so friendly and brilliant in the build up to our stay and when we were staying at the hotel. They were a great help when an incident happened down the road when the police didn’t want to know! Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff at the hotel!

Location great. Easy walking distance from Euston station and into Covent Garden etc. Never used the underground once although Russell Square underground on the doorstep should you need it. Had air conditioning in our room which was a must as 32 degrees one day. Also had a modern walk in shower which was great.

The room was lovely although on the small size but clean and well equipt

Many breakfast items weren't readily available had to ask for butter,bacon,eggs,sausages,beans and there was no jam or marmalade for toast it wasn't a very busy service but some people including myself were waiting after asking for many items to be replenished not really what I expected from this hotel

Location was excellent for walking distance from Euston train station and to various other attractions, Covent Garden, British Museum etc. Our room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable, Staff were a bit quiet but pleasant when asking for information. The room had an Iron and Ironing board hairdryer tea, coffee making facilities, air conditioning unit was useful during our 3 night stay. (Room Only)

We stayed in room 115. There is no view from the window (Frosted Glass) The window blinds did not block the early morning daylight out sufficiently enough, modern design looked nice but not practical! The bathroom is very small. There is no electric shaving power point in the bathroom, no full length mirrors and not enough hanging hooks for coats etc. The clothes rack in the room was very small and not very tall. Our room had a Air Conditioning units outside the window which could be heard even when the window was closed. Hotel bar was always closed when we returned from an evening out so unable to relax on return, ended up just going up to our room. (Only one chair)
