The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Beautifully presented. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, and really nice quality, the view out of the window at breakfast over the water was lovely.

Not everything was clear, the coffee pods I was unsure if they were complimentary. One of the ladies on reception (know her name but don’t wish to name and shame publicly) was quite rude. On arrival at the hotel, there were 2 queues, it wasn’t immediately clear which queue was to check in, but I realised as I got closer to the desk that I was in the wrong queue, the couple that had come after me let me go in front because they could see I had arrived first. The lady on reception when she called me forward asked if I was before the couple (which is a fair enough question) but when I said yes she then went on to ask again if I was sure I was in front of them. She barely spoke to me after this and was quite unfriendly, which is a shame for my first impression.

The hotel was in a very quiet area next to the river. Every member of the staff team were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. Breakfast had a great choice and the food was lovely. We had Meghanan as our waitress in the morning, each morning she greeted with a smile and spent time finding out how our day before had gone as well as taking an interest into our upcoming plans. We had our evening meal which was amazing, Shirley was our waitress and again, very polite and helpful. She had a great knowledge of the menu and was able to advise us with our choices.

The pillows were too soft. However I’m sure if I had asked they would have changed them.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! We were staying whilst attending a concert at the o2. It’s a perfect location, friendly staff and lovely room. It was my partners birthday and the card/cake from the hotel was a lovely touch! My only very small criticism would be that the rooms which overlook the river, the curtain in our room didn’t pall all the way over to the the edge of wall so in the morning the sunlight was beaming through the gap. But this genuinely is the only minor thing. Other than that, our in room breakfast was perfect, the on floor ice machine was great and our room was fabulous with lovely views of the Thames/o2. The bath overlooking too was perfect, nice and big for 2. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Hotel has a lot of facilities and well connected either with public transports or taxis. Gym and Spa were great, selection of food for breakfast and lunch too. Room well equipped and bathroom spacious for 2 people with a lot of items and shower + bath was a good choice. I liked the drawer with iron board, hair-dryer and laundry items.

During breakfast and lunch the service was a bit slow (30 mins waiting for the salads) and the breakfast “à la carte”(especially in week days). They charge you a deposit at arrival 100 GBP or 300 GPB depending on the room type and you can’t use it for breakfast / lunch charges, which I find quite stressful if you go for breakfast after gym or without cards/phones.

The location, Radisson Blue is perfectly located in a very quite are of Canary Wharf at 15 minutes away by walking from the Canary Wharf tube station. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and you could see that they paid attention to each guest. My trip this time to London was for a concert at the O2 and the hotel anticipated the high demand of the guests coming to stay in for this concert. Therefore, they even placed at the lobby an indicator with ways of getting to the O2 Arena. Thought this had been very useful and thoughtful. The room was specious, clean and had a very subtle welcoming perfume. Superb breakfast, suitable for both normal and vegetarians. Personally I like some French pastry, fresh fruits and low cooked vegetables at the breakfast and the hotel had all sort of these. You could even choose from a variety of alternative milk like oat, almond, soy. Cool drinks at the hotel bar. They even have a small zone of shopping in the lobby. Also the view from the hotel terrace was absolutely breathtaking! You could have breakfast or dinner and just look at the O2 across the Tamisa. Overall I enjoyed so much the 4 days holiday at the Radisson and I heartily recommend it.

Not really that I didn't liked it, but just as a constructive feedback for the ones booking the same type of room. The additional bed for a 3 adult room. Thought we wil have a normal single person bed plus a double bed, but it was just a double bed and one kind of a "camping" bed. It was not a big issue since everthing was clean, perfectly arranged and I am a thin person, but reconsider if you weight a bit too much. This was just a minor thing, otherwise it was all perfect.

Really big rooms, very spacious especially if you have a lot of luggage. Built in ironing space that made it easy to iron and store it quickly. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both shower and bathtub which was very comfortable and a nice touch. Lovely shower gel provided at the sink, bath tub and the shower. A walk-in closest in the bathroom which made getting dressed easier in the morning. Staff were helpful every step of the way and made it very comfortable for us from booking to checkout. As requested they made sure we had rooms next door to family and a connecting door made it easier for us. Nespresso machine was a great feature. The hotel is by the Thames which was very peaceful and security at the hotel was great especially at night so you feel very safe.

Rooms are a little dark and could use more light especially for getting ready around the mirror. Not so much on the hotel but location wise getting to the tube isn’t great. The DLR is nearest which isn’t connected to central so you need to get to canary wharf and change. We took the Uber from canary wharf which costed around £6++ which we didn’t mind as there was 4 of us. But the location by the Thames was very nice and peaceful. ice machine on our floor never worked the entire time and we reported it to staff

The hotel had all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this star rating. It’s a competent business hotel with a great view over the Thames to the millennium dome. The reception staff and F&B staff were able to deal swiftly and efficiently with any queries or problems. Of particular note were Meghana and Manisha who sparkled at the early morning breakfast service.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the restaurants and offices of Canary Wharf so there’s a 10 minute walk to the many and varied bars and eateries. On the plus side it is closer to Poplar, so if you fancy breaking away and sampling some independent restaurants (Chinese very good) and interesting local pubs (Tommy Flowers) it’s well placed for that as well.

The hotel itself is nice, in an okish area the free shuttle in the morning is very handy to Canary Wharf underground, just wish that ran more regularly not just in the mornings as we had to keep getting ubers from Canary Wharf to the hotel.

The ironing board in the hotel room was dangerous kept falling down, need to be looked into. Didn't like how inaccessible the hotel was for the tube, if you want to walk its like a 15/20min walk to Canary Wharf and it looks like you'd walk on a dual carriageway. The spa literally consists of a sauna, steam and relaxation area no pool which was disappointing also not very clean, customers left towels in steam room and empty cups. Check in took 20mins, not sure why check in was so slow with only 2 people at the front desk. Not the best check in experience. For the price I expected alot more from the hotel

Hotel is beautiful , room clean and very compatible beds .

Check in lady was very nice and friendly on the Tuesday . However on the Wednesday at approximately 8.15 we found another two female receptionists to be the complete opposite . We were asking a single question and it felt like we were it was an inconvenience ! Didn’t look up from the computer and very dismissive , unwelcoming . Which was a shock ! The gentleman and lady on check out on the Thursday morning we lovely too . Please remember we are paying customers and you work in customer service it’s not right we felt disappointed . Also we reported the coffee machine was not working in the room , it was serving cold drinks even though we were using it correctly ! Nobody came to fix it ! 3 days stay and not coffee not great .

I requested for a river view for my partners birthday. I paid for extra decorations. Upon arrival, when entering the room, the door was not closing. The maintenance man could not fix it so the room was out of order. We were gutted because it was a nice room and already decorated. The receptionist offered another room (same type) and complimentary breakfast and drinks because of the inconvenience and also because they could not refund the extra money spent on the decorations (it was made through a link). We were pleased to receive the complimentary items as this compensated for the inconvenience caused on his birthday. When entering our new room, the receptionist called to inform us that the manager heard about the situation, and further offered us an upgrade to the one-bedroom suite. We were very pleased with this, it definitely made his birthday special! I would like to thank the staff and the manager especially for making his day. Thank you
