The chilled vibes. It had a relaxed feel and the surroundings were peaceful. Many eateries and activities to participate in around the area. The staff was amazing. A shoutout to Akbar. A polite, friendly and accommodating front staff member. A boon to the hotel.

The hotel needs a little tender care to bring it up from good to great. It is showing its age as opposed to my last stay. Other than that, it was okay.

Breakfast was nice! Staff were very good! A lady who worked in Reception then the Club room was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered so many of my questions and made us feel at ease as we had a stressful flight from Australia! I think her name was Seri!

Maybe more shuttle buses going to city! Resturant on roof top, menu limited and a little pricey!

The Village Hotel Changi has been our Singapore hotel of choice for many years. We will definitely return and stay loyal, but there are signs that some renovations are needed. The bathrooms are getting a little shabby. As well, the free shuttle bus from the airport has always been a major draw card for us. This year we had to get taxis each way, as the shuttle service has a much reduced schedule with a long gap in the afternoon and no buses to meet early flights.

We had a 6 hour lay over in Singapore, so this was a perfect pit stop hotel with a pool/bar/restaurant and quick access to the hawker centre. Would recommend.

The room is ok . But I book 3 nights and not cancelled condition. I thought it’s near to airport .but I pay 60 dollars for taxi. And very difficult to find taxi going to city. Last night I finished cruise tour and it’s 9 pm I’m trying to get taxi. But many taxi rejected to going changi hotel it’s far. When I back to hotel to other day my room is not clean but I saw it’s makeup 3.30 pm 🙃 I call reception and they say many explanations and after cleaners come and clean. The lift operation is different so I call reception and they didn’t explain and oparate their self.2 nd time also I call and I ask how to operate teach me. The last day I want to continue another one night.but they said no we don’t have room you have to leave. And they requested extra payment per our 100 dollar. I said I m not paid my baggage keeping money. That’s normal service and they are not informed anything. After manager lady said we can give you room and she said I have to pay more extra money. It’s very high price. I can pay but this is punishment charged. As like they punished a baby. My baby so tired that time and they don’t care about baby and they are not friendly talking. It’s like angry faces. It’s really bad customer service

I've visited and stayed at this hotel numerous times for my occasional staycation/unwind moments and I will gladly do so again. Front desk staffs are very accommodating and professional and they served me with a smile. I received a complimentary upgrade to the Club room for my most recent stay and it was great and very much appreciated. Room amenities, size, cleanliness and comfort exceed my expectations. I believe the management had recently upgraded the Wi-Fi network and it is operating very well. They have good facilities such as the gym which is well equipped for a hotel gym and even a steam room. I have not tried going to the infinity pool and the restaurant thus far during my stays so I can't comment on that but I will be adding that to my itinerary for my future stays.

Currently the hotel is undergoing renovations/repairs so there might be slight noises going on in the day but there is no disruptions or disturbances experienced. The room television could use an upgrade or maybe even accommodate streaming services like Netflix perhaps. All in all, these minor pointers does not take away the calm and relaxing atmosphere I've experienced during my stays. Keep it up, Village Hotel Changi! 😄👍

The staff were lovely and so helpful. The room had everything we needed. Very clean and the beds comfortable. Good value for money room service for eating in. The shuttle from Changi airport is so easy to find (there is even a u tube video showing you). The area where the hotel is located seems authentic with lots of locals about. It has a busy hawker village nearby and beach. Lots of buses to access other areas. Great for a layover. The photos are of the beach and view from the hotel roof top.

The room had a damp smell on arrival. Like there had been a water leak or there is one in a wall. The smell disappeared once we had the air con going so maybe the room had just been shut up for awhile. Not a criticism. Just that they may want to check this out.

Location , room & balcony bar to island ferry and Changi village hawkers market. Close to airport, Changi chapel museum on number 2 bus and free airport shuttle . Lots of wildlife good bed & shower and lots of wildlife from balcony. After check out able to leave bags and use pool etc until flight. Was told we could use gym to freshen up & change but that isn’t possible.

Sadly free shuttle doesn’t start until 8 am & we arrived at 6 am- told by airport staff taxi would be 15$ but was charged 37$?? be good if shuttle started at least by 7am Breakfast a bit poor - terrible coffee from machine(more fresh fruit would be good ) Breakfast at hawkers market better. I didn’t get complimentary drink on top floor but was charged 17 dollars for a mock tail. Generator near floor 7 quite noisy

I was unable to check into my hotel as the check in closed by the time my flight landed in Singapore so this place was a life saver booked last minute. The staff were so helpful and offered me late check out and to keep my bags for me the next day. The room is luxurious and the bed was just so comfortable I could’ve slept forever! I enjoyed the breakfast options and there is an infinity rooftop pool open for use currently with a nice view. Definitely recommend staying here albeit a bit further out from certain central places!

A little far out from downtown but worth it! Easy to access downtown via taxi or public transport though!
