The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The best part of the hotel is it's location and that you can walk across the car park to one of the biggest malls in Bangkok. It's super convenient and saved a lot of time and money.

The room was much smaller than I expected which wasn't a big deal but would have liked more space for the price I paid. I also don't like the open plan style of the bathroom (there's no fixed door for the bathroom which means you can smell and see everything from your bed) there's a huge lack of privacy so bare that in my mind when booking this room.

Location: Conveniently located (attached to the mall) and BTS station. However, signage can be improved. Mall access times 10h00 - 22h00 limit access to hotel and BTS outside of these times. Very good WiFi. Price: Well priced for its offering. People: Excellent and patient concierge and doorman. A special thanks Chat at the Hotel’s breakfast café. Moreover, a very patient cleaning staff. Thanks to all at Centara Grand for an amazing city holiday.

More breakfast options for halaal + pescatarian A slightly older hotel but that’s part of its charm.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite and couldn’t do enough to help, cleaning staff were very good and the room was always left spotless. Great choices for breakfast and always plenty to eat. Only had bar snacks but bar staff were great and food good.

Breakfast was very good different choices every day. Great cafe, no bitter or sour taste. So close to the Central mall, where low cost food choices are available. Outside the mall there is street food available. In the hotel is a great tailor shop for individual, measure to body , suits and shirts with Italian fabrics for 15.000 bhat each. Also offers cheaper solutions.... but hey. I liked the pool, a little oasis and well maintIned . Wireless works fine everywhere, so poolside management is possible....until the hardware gets too hot. The staff, superb, knowledgeable, good communication and very friendly. I definitely will be back in October

Wonderful location ontop of Central Shopping Centre - just a quick walk through the carpark will get you access to supermarket, wide variety of food and retail shopping - super convenient. You have access to BTS (Ha Yaek) through the shopping centre which makes travelling into the main city easy (about 20 mins). Chauchak Weekend Markets only 4km away so short trip in Grab. Food offered onsite is delicious, plenty of variety for buffet breakfast. Room itself was spacious enough for family. Minor issue with HVAC with living space being 3-4 degrees colder than room but other than that space was comfortable. Pool is ok - it is useable but not very desirable. Located near a main highway the air is not too pleasant but that is most of Bangkok anyway. Staff are very friendly although sometimes language barrier can be an issue but they are always willing to help. Still highly recommend the hotel

Overpriced rooftop restaurant.

Everyone was *SO* kind and helpful. The level of respect & attentiveness was unparalleled, in my opinion. The rooftop bar was intimate and yet impressive. Mint, our server was observant to every detail and took care of food and drink preferences with perfection. Amongst the shopping at both the Central mall [which was a short walk through the garage], Topps [both the grocery market & food court], the morning street food on the lower level of the garage], the Lotus Market... we not only enjoyed ourselves, but we will also definitely return... and with more baht to spend!!! Hahahaha... GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN BANGKOK! <---That.

Hotel was very nice and clean and big. Location was best. Connected to the Central mall and Ladprao metro internally. Chatuchak market was just 10 mins. This place is not spoken of, but is the best market in Bangkok. Room was good and comfortable. Facilities like pool and lots of dining options at the hotel. Breakfast had many options including Indian, Thai, Chinese, English. I was not able to select only a few. Mostly over ate. Chef personally came to see guests and was also honouring special request for Tea or Roti. We know that tea is must for Indians. Staff were the best. The watchman at the entrance were so helpful. Even the staff at reception were very good and always ready to serve you. Hospitality of this hotel is top notch. In short, it was more than pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location from Suvarnabhumi is a bit far and traffic in Bangkok that is a bit awful. It takes you around 45-60 minutes to get into the hotel from there. You can opt to take tolls but it is still 45 minutes-journey. The hotel is located next to Plaza Ladprao hotel. There is a sheltered-connected bridge (parking) from the hotel's mezzanine to the Mall's 2nd floor. The Plaza Ladprao itself can satisfy your shopping spree. There are some stores and restaurants such as Kup Khao Kub Pla, Central, Starbucks, Pop Mart, etc. The room is spacious with a see-through en-suite bathroom. The view from my room is nice and you can see night lights and BKK bustling traffic. The staffs are friendly. I am pleased by their service and friendliness. The concierge will never let you feel inconvenience while staying there. The room service allows you to get more bottles of water if you need more. If your airport is Don Mueang Airport, this hotel will be the best 5-star option.

The breakfast choices were plenty. The area was always stocked and cleaned. The food was fresh at all times! The concierge was attentive to our every need. Housekeeping kept our room cleaned and stocked with fresh bottles of water. There's a mall with a food court attached to the hotel if you're tired of ordering room service. The location is everything. We're planning to visit Thailand again and this is our choice hotel to stay at.
