Right on the Bosphorous Sea and great location in Ortakoy, a pretty little suburb of Istanbul. A 20 minute boat ride (cost about £1) from the pier near the hotel takes you to the main tourist area of Istanbul - Hagia Sophia, Topkaki Palace, Blue Mosque etc. The hotel receptionist and concierge were extremely helpful. The House Cafe 2 mins from the hotel was an excellent spot for breakfast and dinner overlooking the Bosphorous.

The cocktails at the hotel were extremely expensive (around £20+) and not very good! Don't buy breakfast at the hotel, walk 2 mins from hotel to choose from the restaurants on the square.

I do not think the management can do anything about it now, but why oh why would you have small multiple windows instead of big windows - for a fantastic waterside location?? I was also surprised that breakfast was not included - though during our stay I saw free breakfast being offered to multiple guests.

The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but that was a bonus I felt as the city is soo busy. Ortakoy is a great location with good public transport options (or cheap taxis) with loads of lovely little restaurants and cafes plus the hotel is right on the water with a ferry stop too. The main sites and shopping area are easily accessed from the hotel. Great breakfast with a brilliant view of the bosphorus and very good air conditioning made for a lovely stay.

The area is busy until quite late at night so maybe look for a room on the other side of the hotel

Location was amazing, especially views from the suite we booked on the top floor was the best you can have in Istanbul. Hotel is right on Bosphorus and very close to Ortakoy historic mosque, sea ferry service and Bosphorus Bridge. Views at night very magical. Room was clean and comfortable and larger than average with sitting area and enough room to accommodate 2 additional single beds. Heating worked well and room lighting was good. Top floor suite comes with a large balcony which was a big plus. We arrived early around 12 midday, but room was provided straight away, which was great. Breakfast was decent but could be better if wider variety of fruit and breakfast options. Staff were welcoming.

Hotel rooms seemed little tired, could do with an update, especially the bathroom, but still good, functional and comfortable. Pillows were too soft

The room , Booking.com showed me a very excellent room that made me book it, but when I arrived they gave me different room. Trick from booking.com in the pictures.

Very helpful and kind staff, a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous especially Kamer Good service. Nice and clean accommodation's. Highly recommendable hotel, Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked amazing and the breakfast was the best of the best of the best with the sea view . . Really nice breakfast spread. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards.

The staff was very nice. The beds very comfortable. The Hotel has an amazing terrace and an amazing view. They gave me an upgrade and the room had an amazing view.

I think its a bit overpriced. For Tourist, they don’t have much information on tours, and the ones they have are extremely expensive. Suggestion would be to have more tours and information available to tourist. Need to improve the black outs for the rooms.
