Great location, very clean and a warm welcome good parking. On the whole dog friendly. The dinner was exceptionally good value. We would come again but we may not take breakfast.

The breakfast service let the hotel down as the staff seemed inconvenienced by the guests. We had to interrupt the staff chatting in reception to ask for things that had run out on the buffet and it was made clear that we were inconveniencing them. Sadly an otherwise excellent hotel was let down by the staff.

Functional hotel, very clean, friendly staff. We had a small room but it contained everything that was necessary for an overnight stay. We had a very nice evening meal, and secure parking which was free. Dog friendly too. We appreciated the kettle in the room and we were able to make coffee and tea, just the thing after a very long trip.

All the staff were exceptionally welcoming and efficient - the room was comfortable (particularly the bed!) and well equipped (hairdryer/aircon etc) for the price point. This is not a luxury hotel, but it doesn't claim to be and if you are looking for a very clean, purpose built hotel with secure off road parking ,charming staff and a restaurant with food that exceeded our expectations & dogs made just as welcome as the humans- then this is a great choice.

Smell of smoke in room when window open- but seemed some fires burning in the fields in the distance ? (clearly beyond hotel control) obviously simple answer 'shut the window' 'Handy for Libourne' (one guest said "walkable" mmmm- not sure incredibly busy road!- but certainly convenient in car)

The location is great and the staff (both evening and morning at the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff) were fantastic. The room is small (we had a double bed for 2 parents and a toddler and it was tight). The menu of the restaurant is quite small (3 starters, 3 main dishes and 3 desserts) but it was quite tasty.

The size of the room is really small - I am not sure if there are different sizes but the one we had was really not that big.

Good location for a one night stop whilst travelling through France. Plenty of parking and easily found. LIDL supermarket close by and petrol station not far away too. Room was just right and no issues. Food was good both breakfast and evening meal. Staff spoke English and were helpful and courteous.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Libourne - plenty of parking and super fast EV chargers. 15 minutes walk into Libourne for great bars and restaurants

Pool was full of sand... Not sure where it had all come from.

The hotel was in the countryside, so not easily accessible to town amenities. That said, it had plenty of parking, the staff were very pleasant and professional. It is also a dog friendly hotel, which was the added bonus for ourselves. Breakfast was comprehensive.

There is a pool and some garden games like pétanque and ping pong available to all guests. Hotel restaurant was fantastic and very reasonable price. Staff were really welcoming. Area is so quiet and peaceful.

The hotel was ideal for me as in a quiet location and there was parking for my motorbike. As I was travelling and only staying for 1 night it was perfect. I had a meal in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. I took the option to have breakfast and it was also very good.

Long drive down from St Malo. Unfortunately restaurant was closed. Nearest place is a 5 mins/20 min walk away. Check on the day I guess. Next time I'll stay at the Mercure, just in case I need some food.
