The location of this hotel in the center of town and across from the rivers was wonderful! After traveling through the nearby vineyards and going to a wine tasting, we just parked the car in the hotel’s secure parking lot (pay) and walked to the restaurant across the street for a wonderful dinner and a great sunset view over the confluence of the Dordogne and Isle rivers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good (pay). Our room was small, but it met our needs for a one-night stay. The biggest downside was the view from our room of a wall of windows from the multi-story school next door…and their potential view of us!

We had to be sure to keep the windows in our room covered since the large windows of the school next door (seemed to be a high school or college) were directly facing our room!

Great location over looking the river front and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurant. Free parking directly outside the hotel at weekends. Big comfy room. Super friendly staff. We found a really good "pop up" cafe and bar just a few steps away and spent a pleasant Saturday evening there mixing with the locals. Easy 40 minutes drive to Bordeaux airport first thing Sunday morning.

We have stayed here before and the hotel is in a great position on the river with the town centre only a few minutes walk away. There is also secured parking which is a bonus. Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, telling us about activities in and around the town and even making our dinner reservation at the excellent and nearby family run Vietnamese restaurant.

We will be back. Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, all fresh—even the cereal. There was a great selection of everything. You could even create your own tea bag. It was stylish yet classy, decorated and had private and secure parking, which is important when you are traveling with a lot of luggage. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Also, the location is just perfect. Easy to reach, near the center yet away enough to have a nice walk by the river. It also has a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

Superb location right at the port and a few steps to the historical center. Room and bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful, they recommended restaurants and booked a table in the place I chose. Bicycle could be parked under a roof in the hotels parking lot but there was no rack or any option to attach it firmly, but it was still there the next morning. Did not have breakfast, but the breakfast zone looked nicely and was furnished in a modern and tasteful manner.

Price for one person somewhat upscale.

The hotel is well located within walking distance to the town centre. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful in recommending us restaurants for dinner and offered to help us make reservations. We took a stroll along the river, which is just opposite the hotel at sunset. The room was comfortable in yerms of the room size, beddings, bathroom, and adjustable room temperature.

The hotel location is ideal, only a few minutes walk away from the centre of Libourne, and perfect for a base to visit the many vineyards of the area. The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. The staff was also lovely and gave us good recommendations for dinner.

The bed frame made it impossible to sit on the bed to watch TV in the evening, as the top of it is way too low.

Nice clean little room with a balcony overlooking the river. TV was a bit large and the toilet was too high for a shorter person. However we enjoyed our 2 night stay

Very good and profesional person at the reception (Fernadine) who booked an excellent restaurant for the 4 of us which was excellent. There was space for our car at the parking and all the hotel was clean and nicely decorated

Friendly staff, perfect location, nicely kept rooms.

Rooms are a bit dated especially for the price but they seem to be doing renovations anyway. I would say the price is quite high considering the location (Libourne is a small town) and the size of the rooms.
