The staff are absolutely some of the best hotel staff we have met, my husband has a walking problem and a lot of pain ...the receptionist made every effort to get us installed in our room, extra pillows, checking we were very comfortable., friendly warm and proffesional...The staff are always so welcoming we have been staying 4 times a year for many many years ..they deserve a good review.. The rooms and beds so comfortable, great position for where we need to go..Thank you team

There is nothing we dont like, this is why we come time and time again

Decent spot for an overnight stop. Clean and overall nothing bad to say, the room was of a decent size with a normal WC and shower. Overall pretty comfortable.

A little issue with the payment. When booking, I opted out for the online payment right away. However when arrived and tried to check-in with the machine, first I was asked to pay the full amount again. Fortunately, it was not yet too late and a receptionist came to check us in. She also asked us to pay, however when I explained she double checked and said that it was indeed payed at booking. At the end, it was sorted out pretty quickly though I guess that if we had arrived a bit later and the check-in machine was our only option, I wouldn't have had other choice than to pay twice and than claim a refund (which is often not a pleasant procedure). We haven't had breakfast so can't comment.

Very well located and 24h reception which made everything so much easier when we arrived late at night. There was free parking just in front which gave us peace of mind. The room was very clean and perfectly well equipped with good towels/shower gel etc. Obviously this is a budget hotel so the room and bathroom were on the small side which was absolutely fine as we really only needed somewhere to put our heads down for the night before moving south. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and fresh ingredients, I couldn’t fault it. And the staff were really kind and helpful. Love the whole sports hotel vibe too!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was just what we were looking for. It was well run, super clean and perfectly located. I would certainly recommend this little hotel for anyone needing a room for a night or two before heading off on holiday.

Lovely welcome, very friendly. Room was a really good size for an Ibis budget, pleasantly supposed. Our room came with a French style balcony door which was a lovely feature. Bed was large king double and very comfortable. We arrived late but we found shops and KFC within walking distance.

Parking area was a bit small and we had a large van so was a bit tight for parking. It was a warm evening and could have done with air con or a fan but nothing available. We had to leave the French door open, not ideal as on ground floor, wouldn't have been a problem on the upper floors.

As always very clean and comfortable no change..staff lovely..good parking and although this time we did not have breakfast its always excellent

Why have they discontinued BBC World on TV.. there are lots of uk people using this hotel as its close to ouistrem..always been on before. Still terrible pillows so thin and no second pillow..you could offer optional payment for 2nd pillows..there ate no comfortable seats in bedroom if you wish to read or use your pad the pillow is less than useless..we have been using Ibis for years noone takes notice of customer remarks

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms small but clean, good continental breakfast available in time for early departures to catch a ferry. Overall, prefect for a stop on the way to / from the ferry.

Some of the fittings could do with a refresh and the absence of aircon made it a bit uncomfortable on humid nights, despite the fact that the windows open.

We love Ibis budget, really always you get a very comfortable bed, a good shower, wifi a great nights sleep, great staff and superb breakfast ..what more when you are travelling do you need..

For the first time and this is not a complaint..tye cleaner had left not 9nly the geater on full, but a further free standing electric heater in full..it was so hot in the room..yes we cooled it down...but the cost of electricity..it was a warm day..no or very little heating required.please please please offer a second pillow for each person..even if we have to pay..your pillows are absolutely awful..cheap rubbish and so uncomfortable..you heed at least 2 to sleep well..these are not complaints but suggestions.

Late arrival from ferry. Perfect overnight stay before a full day of travelling the next morning. I think this is how many people use the hotel. We find the staff on reception super friendly and heloful. We will be booking here again for our return trip. Inexpensive. No kettle/breakfast drinks in room so book breakfast at check jn.

I would happily pay more a kettle in the room. Could it be an optional extra?

We have stayed so many times here and always find it so comfortable, spotlessly clean and great breakfast..perfect for going and coming from the uk ferry..Its safe parking and a great chinese buffet 5 minutes walk away..extra special staff at this hotel..always really lovely

Everything is great but you have taken BBC world tv off the television..shame..my husband loves to watch it.,

The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. We were concerned about security being near the port but the Ibis felt safe with all night staff, lighting and cameras. We took our skis in but left the boot luggage in the car. Otherwise, usual standard for Ibis Budget - cheap, no frills. Fine for overnight.

Lugging bags up to second floor and through all the fire doors is a bit of a fag at our age and late at night.
