Our room was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and kind, we speak very little French but everyone spoke enough English for us to get through any communication necessary. The parking was full for our first night so we parked in a public lot. Breakfast was delicious!

Having to call to be let in and out of the parking was slightly inconvenient (because we didn’t have an international phone plan) but we worked it out!

Beds were very comfortable, shower was very spatious and visibly recently renovated; it was a good solution for a night stopover for a family of 4. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very nice!

The bathroom was very small, in particular space between the toilet seat and the bathroom door. Regretfully one of our kids forgot their toiletry bag, and despite calling the evening of, and returning in person the next day (there were precious orthodontic elastics in the bag), the bag couldn't be found.

Central location in a tranquil area of historic district. Availability of car garage. Comfortable beds and pillows. Cleanliness. Helpful staff.

Very clean and comfortable. Quite modern. Friendly staff. Nice location close to the water and with plenty of places to go out in the evening.

The shower could use a little maintenance as the head had some blocked nozzles, but that’s a very minor issue.

The breakfast should have been free. I did not like the carpet in the room. My colleague slept on the small bed and said it was not super comfortable.

Beautiful and perfect location. Fans so wasn’t hot at night on a very hot night.

Light in bathroom didn’t turn off by switch. Room would have been perfect otherwise. Maybe a dim light could be on.

This hotel was in a very central location and has a parking garage; though there is a fee. We were a party of 9 with a van and having easy access to parking was very important to use.

There was no AC, but that seems typical in France. It was not a problem.

What a lovely hotel! Lovely staff who were so helpful, even when we had to change some plans abruptly, they did everything they could to help us. The location is absolutely perfect too. If you're staying in Caen for a break, this hotel is just perfect!
