The receptionist was super nice and helpful at all times, it felt like she was going out of her way to give us the best experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center, but probably not for light sleepers, as it is right above many bars where there seems to be an intense nightlife even during the week. Anyway, it wasn't bothering us, it was great to be close to everything. The view is nice from the room, it looks right at the boats of the small harbor. We also took our dog, and it was perfectly all right. We requested a room with a bathtub, which was honored. The room itself is good value for the money you pay.

The ventilation of the room is not great, but that can be helped by opening the windows, which we did. The lack of good ventilation resulted in some mold spots both in the bedroom and in the bathroom, and we could tell there was some dust under the bed, but otherwise the room seemed to be clean. Perhaps not great for someone with allergies or respiratory problems.

It’s in a great spot in the city and very close to the château, groceries, tram and bus stops and you can also walk to the train station. There is a lovely man at reception who was so kind and helpful ! The room was big too! The biggest I have had since being in France and a lovely outlook onto the street. Breakfast was really lovely too, the coffee was the best I have had in France ! Merci beaucoup 😄

Super location for visiting Caen, very central and right on the main cycle route, velo Francette. The room was quite basic, but we had comfortable beds, extra pillows, a bath and a small kettle. All we needed for a short stay. The staff were very welcoming and helped us with our bike, storing them safely overnight.

Being in town meant there was quite a lot of noise from revellers at night. Our room overlooked the road which didn't help.

The manager was friendly and efficient and helped us to solve the luggage storage problem. Sound isolation was better than expected. Location very good for sightseeing and not far from the train station. In general the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Location ! 5 minutes from Abbaye des Dames and 3 tramway stops from train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean rooms.

The street can be a bit noisy at night, as there is a theater right next door and people sit in terrasse Cafés. But windows are triple glazed, so it doesn't stop you from sleeping 😴

Cozy place, the best experience was with the lady in front desk, very professional, kindly, helpful and friendly. Very good location, close to the places we wanted to visit.

The two girls at reception were SO very friendly..the location couldn't be better..everything at the door step..parking across the road was not as expensive as we first thought.. the food and drink choose close by was huge..the room size was small but all u need for two nights, out all day.

The weather could have been better but other wise, it was all good .

We liked the locality the friendliness of staff, and how rhe kind gentleman helped us with any queries we had , bed was very comfortable will go back 😀
