The room was a lot smaller than we expected after having used IBIS Hotels in the past. We had three suitcases with us as we were on a long vacation and we were literally living out of the suitcases and shuffling them about every day. I asked for a larger room and the receptionist said that all rooms were the same size. We just accepted the fact the room was so small. We used the lounge areas for comfort and lounging. The room was kept clean and fresh sheets were put on the bed mid-week. Breakfast was very good with a large choice of food and drink on display and the staff were helpful. However. there were no bananas. The secure underground car park was a useful bonus.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of most of Caen's tourist attractions and the shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The wheelchair accessible room and shower room were a good size and well thought out.

No toilet brush in the bathroom was a nuisance. The sheet on our bed was very poorly fitted, and the mattress constantly moved with every turn in the bed. There was an unexplained fire alarm set off with no one to tell us what to do, and the lift stopped working on one occasion.

The breakfast was comprehensive with fresh fruit, hot dishes and served in a bright airy room. The staff were efficient and kept topping up items as needed.

English Breakfast Tea was only available on some of the days I was there. As the clientele included many British Tourists I would appreciate tea being provided on all of the days.

The location was first-class right in the centre of the city, yet easier accessible from the motorway. Breakfast - continental was faultless - the underground car park was perfect for us, as we had two motorbikes, and always found a space. The staff were so helpful. Couldn't fault it. Although it's classed as a budget option, I have paid more for far less. I would definitely return.

Arrived at hotel late and our friends allocated room wasn’t finished and so they were moved to another room farther away.

No tea or coffee etc in the room which at the sejours affraires premises you get as standard.parking was 14 euros which I thought was expensive considering we used your facilities

Breakfast well stocked. Hot items a little disappointing

Dogs should not be accommodated. Most unhygienic. No amount of additional cleaning removes dog mess.

Central location. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

No kettle forsaking tea / coffee. A small cost to you and very desirable to me. Hotel bar times not always convenient.

I have stayed many times and really like the hotel. unfortunately the window was particularly draughty and the noise coming fro the street kept us awake for most of the night. inspecting the window in the morning showed a gap around the bottom of the window with the window fully closed. Room 385.

First 24 hours no TV as it was found to be faulty and a technician was not available until the next day.

Lovely well appointed room. Clean facilities, staff friendly. Despite being in town centre, was relatively quiet so got a good night's sleep. Breakfast excellent value
