Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options and quality food. Staff were pleasant. Parking option was nice but limited on number of spaces, so reservation is definitely needed. Front desk staff was lovely, spoke very good English and wanted to make sure you were happy.

Shower. The "wall" for the shower was so short that if you placed shower head in top position, water sprayed out onto room. Need longer wall, curtain - something. If planning trip to Normandy beaches, the majority would have been closer if staying in Bayeaux, unless you only want to see Canadian or British beaches/cemeteries. For bar area, carry some type of snacks to go with alcohol sold onsite. Location wasn't near walking area to local shops, etc., so we definitely needed a car!

The location is easy to find and with private parking it is best for those travelling in a car. Location is well served with cafe, supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The wifi wasn't working during check-in and the night shift staff couldn't get it resolved - all he said was "I don't know" and left me hanging without wifi access. The staff the next morning gave us access to the private wifi network.

Everything was simply perfect. Starting from the reservation way before we arrived I contacted the hotel to ask about parking and they supplied exact and very easy explanation to get to the hotel parking which they reserved a spot for me (highly convenient). The staff at the reception were very informative and pleasant. They were eager to give us explanations about what there is to do in the city and also where to go eat (we didn't book breakfast at the hotel). The hotel is located right in the center but yet at a very quiet spot and within walking distance from every touristic site. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Overall perfect stay, too bad we could stay for only one night. Definitely coming back :)

The location is very good, in a quiet area close to shopping and all the points of interest. The room very clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable regarding tourist attractions in the area. They do not have parking at the hotel, but the underground public parking is nearby and spacious.

There was nothing to disappoint at this hotel.

All the staff members are extremely kind and diligent. The breakfast is varied and all the food offered for that meal is of a high quality. The lady in charge of the breakfast is extraordinary helpful and friendly, as well as very clever. The room was very quiet and comfortable, so that every night during my stay there I had a good rest. This fact together with the excellency of the hotel in general made my stay in Caen more pleasant and profitable.

In the shower cabin there is no shelf to place the shampoo and conditioner flasks while taking a shower. That causes one to have to put them on the floor. I told the receptionist that the shower gel flask had run out of gel. Notwithstanding that, it was not filled up and therefore on the following day it was still empty.

Ladies from reception were absolutely great! They told us all the nice places to go for dinner and sightseeing around Normandy. Location couldn’t be more perfect! Definitely we recommend this hotel!

Property location was amazing, it is small but the lobby is very nice and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with this booking, especially for the price. It was a very safe town and super convenient. I would definitely recommend to a friend for the price & location.

The hotel is a little “dated” but they have made some modern improvements. Bathroom was just okay and the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The staff were great . Location is great ,bed so comfortable bathroom was clean and tidy we stayed 2 nights we were asked if we wanted house keeping to clean but declined. We had 2 bath and 2 hand towels so perfect for our 2 nights . Breakfast was good . Air conditioning was good .

You need to book 2 days before if you want car parking we only booked room day before , so had to use underground car Park which is €22 over night

Good location, modern room, large very comfortable bed, fridge in room, good air conditioning and the windows opened. Plenty of options at breakfast. Everyone on reception so helpful and nice

Had no complaints at all

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near a grocery store as well as some restaurants and public transportation. The hotel as well as the room was good. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel provided Chromecast, however it didn't always work. I appreciate that the hotel is considering environmental aspects such as providing shampoo/shower gel with in a refill bottle.

The wifi was not that good. Therefore also the Chromecast didn't always work. We figured that the wifi was better near the door and rather bad in the middle of the room (where the TV screen was placed). Also the room could be better sound proofed as we heard the bass of the bar next door in the evening. The pillows were a bit too thick for me personally and hurt my neck. Also the bed was so soft that in the morning there was a dent visible where we slept. However in conclusion, those points are not too bad. The stay was really OK in general.
