Terrace with seating, large windows and doors, space, peacefulness (with the exception of neighbours on Friday night) excellent location close to city centre and availability of free parking at a walkable distance, amount of kitchen equipment enough to facilitate home cooking and plenty of hot water.

Kitchen could have been a little larger with the space available. Not enough worktop space to prepare food with kettle, toaster and coffee machine out. Some dust/dirt under furniture and beds. Linen/bedding functional and clean but not best quality. Bathroom pod flimsy as all thin plastic and door threshold not fixed properly with screws sticking up when you tread on it. Damaged skirting next to bathroom.

Location and feel. I was in the unit on the top floor, which had 3 windows that opened up. Only drawback is the stairs are tiny and certain people would experience real difficulty in taking luggage up (I did not find it easy)!

The room is quite well apportioned although the shower is tiny. It is not possible to raise both arms without bumping into the walls (that kind of thing).

It is advertised with parking, but no parking was available as my “car was too big” (it is a Kia Sportage - not a particularly large car). Instead of apologies and trying to find alternatives the staff member tried to justify it by saying the problem was with Booking.com. On street parking is very limited and next door car park was full. We thought the apartment was great for us, but be aware that “internal courtyard view” means view of the aircon units next door and little natural light.

Great location only about 5 minute walk from the city centre. Off the main road so no noise of cars, the kitchen contained lots of handy appliances and access to a nice communal outside area .

Was slightly loud, could hear some guests entering/exiting through the main doors- big and heavy- and being on the ground floor it was loud enough to be heard from inside the room. But overall wasn’t a huge issue and slept comfortably

The apartment was very nice; good bed area, good bathroom, suitable kitchen, nice dining area. The keypad entry mechanism was smart and easy. There was also a lovely grassed common area that groups could use. And the location was very close to bus stops and eateries. I only interacted with staff when leaving, but they were very friendly!

My only minor complaint is that laundry access details (specifically, a keypad pin) was not provided without asking. To be fair, it was provided when I asked, but by then my stay was over. But this is only a minor gripe!

Apartment was very spacious. Short walk to all the main life of Caen centre. Excellent facilities in the room, refrigerator, kettle, coffee etc. great value for the price I paid.

If I could improve something, I would install a more modern shower. This was not detrimental to the trip however.

Perfect proximity to the centre de congress only 5 minutes walk

Wash dispensers empty in the shower and bathroom - we were on the ground floor and the noise all night of people coming and going was very loud the apartment above us was like they were moving the furniture for several hours

Great location right in the heart of Caen — perfect for exploring the city on foot. The paid parking nearby was very convenient and made arriving with a car hassle-free. The apartment was a comfortable base for our stay!

The nice size studio was walking distance to the center of town. It was on the first floor of the building. The stairs were narrow but we only had carry-ons so it was no problem. It was well equipped for a short stay.

Well-equipped apartment, kitchen with all advantages and equipment, comfortable beds, good access, easy to find a parking space. Calm place. We loved the terrace. An evening well spent with a glass of wine outside overlooking the garden.
