Fantastic location, everything in the city centre is within a reasonable walking distance. Ideal as a base for visiting Normandy’s WW2 sites and other attractions. The hotel is positioned where it’s easily found after a good day out. Parking is slightly expensive but certainly worth the peace of mind.

I love the place to be perfectly honest. It’s my second stay here. I can’t fault the hotel. Pretty sure others could find fault but I don’t look any deeper than the, clean room, clean comfortable bed, shiny sparking spotlessly clean bathroom attitude.

The breakfast was fine just typically Continental which is normal. The room was good. Clean and everything seemed to work fine. It is worth paying the extra for a parking space.in their private and secure parking area - and book it in advance of your visit to ensure there is a space.

My only slight gripe is that the WiFi/Internet was a little flaky and a bit slow although that seems to be the case for many hotels. Mine was a sort of combined visit for work and leisure and I normally work from home so Internet access is an important item. It wasn't terrible Internet but sometimes it took a couple of attempts to get connected. Also the aircon seemed to be a little iffy at times. Sometimes it seemed it was not working although the room never got THAT hot.

One slight problem was the info in the confirmatory email which stated arrival times as 6.00pm to 10.00pm. Arriving in Ouistreham at 10.00pm meant we could not be at the hotel by 10.00pm obviously. I phoned and emailed and didn't get a response. I trusted it would be OK and it was. The member of staff on reception was extremely apologetic. Could I suggest the confirmatory email is re-worded?

The apparthotel is in an excellent location within 15 mins walking approx from the Cadtle. It is beside a beautiful canal with options for restaurants nearby. Our room (Room 311) was one of the best accessible rooms I have ever stayed in. It was really spacious with a roll in shower and an excellent kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, 2 rings for cooking and plenty of utensils and storage. Everything was really clean and reception were very helpful and all had excellent English. We stayed 2 nights and I will definitely stay again when I go to Caen.

The hosts at the reception desk were super friendly... they stored our luggage outside of check-in time on the days of our departure and arrival, and were helpful as regards info and suggestions. The room was large with a good view. The location was convenient for us - near Caen railway and bus station, but within walking distance of the centre. It was relatively quiet.

The kitchenette is very cramped. We did successfully cook one dinner and two breakfasts in it. Apart from that, everything was great.

Location close to the city center and markets. Parking was very good. Good location for exploring Normandy, but you need a car for that. Parking was a bit costly, 15eur since you have a parking arround on the street that is charged petween 7-19. So if you are out of Caen the most of the day that could be an option for parking, for a few morning hours that cost several eur, but the hotel's one is under surveliance and quite spacy. It was good for us when it comes to safety since we continued our tour, even though surrounding was quiet and nice. All you need from.kitchenware was there.

Everything was OK but our apartment was a little bit dark, only one window looking at inner atrium of building which wasn't so small, but we were on 2nd floor out of 5 and we missed a daylight, and window was a little bit dusty from outside. Since we were out from 10am to 9pm, that didn't bother us too much.. Outer oriented appartments have almost half of wall in windows. Beds were confy but not fixed to each other. The carpets had spots from bleeching chemicals in corridors, but that didnt affected to our stay but could decrease overall impression.

Great location being an easy walk from the train station, shops and historical sites. The reception staff were the most friendly and helpful we met on our entire 2 week stay in France - their customer service was a standout. Our apartment was large, very comfortable, had everything we needed, secure, spotlessly clean and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Caen.

Great location for visiting Caen center. we paid for the river view, which was actually a view of the trees however it was probably better than looking out onto the carpark on the other side. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the airco was great.

There was confusion beforehand on whether we could park in the hotel car park or not. However after telephone and email communication the issue was cleared up and it was no problem.

Rooms are quiet and secure with a kitchen and safe. Dishwasher microwave and utensils all good. The design of the room was much better than some I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful

It’s away from the old town but near the railway station. A tram is nearby which makes exploring easier. Breakfast is a bit basic.

Spacious bathroom and living room/bedroom. We didn’t use the kitchen because we stayed only one night, but it seemed adequate, dishwasher available.

Hotel is locked during the night. I went outside early in the morning to have a smoke and I couldn’t get back in because the card access device from outside the hotel doesn’t work. Nor does the person on duty answer the bell. I stayed outside for about 45 minutes. Instead of offering an apology the person in charge was extremely arrogant and rude. There were no filters for the coffee maker. We used only two glasses/cups and I wanted to wash them by hand but there was no dishwashing liquid and sponge. They can’t expect us to run the dishwasher for two cups.
