Breakfast was great! Staff were OVER THE TOP! My rental car battery died on a national holiday when every repair shop was closed and they went out of their way numerous times to try to help me. During a stressful time, they did everything they could to make my stay the best it could be. Room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy.

The room had an unusual smell, not sure if there was new carpet, but it smelled a little like burned rubber. Went away after you got used to it, but the room was so conveniently located on the first floor and we were only there to sleep so we pushed through it.

We liked location outside of city. We loved the accommodation the welcome by staff. Adelie provided us with lots of information regarding g tran and access to city. The breakfast was very good lots of hot and continental choices. Room was very clean and comfortable . Stall were all very helpful. Parking excellent right outside front entrance . Pizza restaurant next door very good, 10 out of 10 for everything.

Great location. Not too far from the town centre and very convenient for those who want to get to the cross-channel ferry early in the morning. The desk staff were fantastic, it felt as if we were in a Four Seasons hotel such was their level of friendliness, expertise and professionalism. The breakfast was superb for what is in fact budget Hotel. The hotel is next door to a super bakery and wood-fired pizzeria as well as a whisky bar!

This hotel provided an excellent location to stay the night before boarding a ferry at Caen. The 6.30 start for breakfast was very useful for an early start... and they did offer grab and go too. We were given a lovely welcome and the hotel was new, clean and comfortable. Parking excellent.

I had understood from the website, that the hotel could provide lunch and dinner, which was not the case. The neighbouring pizza restaurant saved the day though in respect of finding somewhere for dinner.

This is a very qualitative hotel located in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. The room is very clean, cozy and we slept wonderful! There's a large parking, with electric chargers as well. The breakfast was good quality too, with croissants, ham, cheese, butter, yogurt, cereals, fruits and drinks. The personnel is friendly and polite. We chose this hotel to be close to Caen Memorial.

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit Pegasus bridge before catching the ferry to UK. The hotel is smart with quality fixtures and fitting . It is very comfortable. with excellent staff, especially Valentin who was very good and helpful.

The entrance to the hotel is easily missed and to find it you have to use the perifique, with is so awful even the locals hate it.

Obviously a new building, reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The coffee, sugar and milk in the room were never replaced but IF you went down to reception the items were readily available. Similarly breakfast the availability of items such as fruit juice and other consumables were not monitored so we had to ask for them to be replaced.

Wonderful and brand new place under the brand Holiday Inn Express. The front desk Team is friendly yet efficient, professional and always want to help and assist guest. The breakfast was nice and service was excellent! I even met the investor/owner and they graciously told me more about the property. I recommended this place and I will definitely stay again….

Everything. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice to suit everyone. Bar open despite our late arrival. Room clean & comfortable. Staff very helpful and professional.

Only reason not a 10 was the reader on the door to fain entry wasn’t working. Staff did all they could and not their fault as it’s a maintenance issue.

Really great hotel all around

The only thing I could fault is that there was absolute chaos during breakfast. Clearly the staff need a bit more training. Many things were not available and all round you could feel people frustrated with the breakfast and options availability.. might be a random occurrence but this was our experience for the two nights we stayed.
