Our room was clean and tidy, could have been a bit bigger. It was more than adequate for our needs. The breakfasts were also spot on. Plenty of choice even though they had just dealt with a coach full of youngsters. The dining room. Was cleaned up after the children had left, leaving it quiet and clean. The Staff were also extremely helpful and polite despite our lack of French. Thank you all. Also we were extremely grateful that a disabled parking place was available each day on our return from our travels round the DDay landing beeches & Museums.

Nothing to dislike.

Accommodation was comfortable for price paid, my room was quiet and had Aircon. Easy access from main routes and secure parking. Breakfast was cheap but adequate. No restaurant but there were a small number of surprisingly decent uncomplicated eateries within walking distance.

Difficult to complain as this hotel's business model is aimed at short stay leisure, travelling business reps and en route overnight stays at cheap rates. Definitely not for romantic stays or as a holiday base for families.

This hotel is very convenient for coming and going on the ferry. On this occasion we arrived on the afternoon ferry from Portsmouth. The rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Two towels per person (unusual for a 2*). Lovely hot shower. Staff are friendly and parking is plentiful and secure. Will stay again on our return trip to the UK.

Room was a little too warm on this occasion.

Once we managed to get in, it was OK. We had the last room on the left and it was small, but the beds were comfortable.

We had trouble finding the hotel (no GPS) so we were a bit later than expected. We had a problem getting in as the electronic gate would not work. We contacted the office who could not work the gate either so it was done in the office. The room was very small as it was at the end, and we had quite a lot of clothes (uniforms etc) One day later the shower door (which was already damaged) fell off. when we got back at night they had not repaired it and offered us another room , but we declined as it was very late. Next day there was no Wifi. It was restored the next night.

Easy check in and ample parking available. Spacious room with a decent sized bathroom. Staff at reception were helpful and polite.

Slight smell coming up through the drains in the bathroom. The room itself would have benefitted from a mirror (in addition to the one in the bathroom). However, these were very minor inconveniences and I would happily stay here again.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast OK. Price competitive. Parking secure. Our booking asked for rooms close together, which we got.

We struggled to get in as the booking screen at the car park gate wasn't working. Despite pre-booking and paying in advance, we always have to pay an additional charge, a local tourist tax I think. We arrived at about 10pm (pre-arranged) but it took ages to get into our rooms.

Location is perfect. Close to the motorway and, in my case, just 4 minute driving from Caen Memorial. Breakfast is “as much you can eat” so perfect. Do not expect fresh crusader or fried stuff. It’s really good for the price. The parking gate shuts at 9pm for extra security.

In relation to the price I paid, nothing.

It was perfectly functional for what we were looking for, a base for exploring the D-Day landings. Location was a bit off the beaten track for heading into Caen for the evening.

The air conditioning was not adequate, the lowest it could be adjusted to was 22 degrees, as the temp was in the mid to high 20s it server no purpose. I asked a staff member if it could be adjusted and was told it was not possible to adjust. We slept 3 nights with the window wide to try to cool the room but to no avail

Easy to find comfortable and clean Lovely restaurant down the road La Tablier very good and the hotel gave us a 10% voucher

There was nothing we did not like my only suggestion is that on the booking it said about the check in times but did not say there was an automatic check in at the gate so we spent a bit of time trying to sort out

This is one of the newer Première Classe hotels and quite smart with quiet simple rooms. Better than I expected :⁠-⁠) I arrived very late and appreciated the friendly face on reception. The automatic check-in is easy enough but beware of being asked if you want to pay for breakfast when it is already included. Breakfast was great, the WiFi worked, would definitely stay again. I didn't go out in the evening so I can't comment on any nearby restaurants.

I remain confused about the car park gate code :⁠-⁠( The WiFi is not secure in these hotels even though you go through a login process.
