Very clean and room was comfy and surprisingly quiet

There was no kettle or water in the room. Whilst it was possible to get in late (arriving from last ferry) it wasn't easy. The gates were shut and you need the six digit code which you only get once you have entered the 8 digit code on a different machine. Then go back to where you started, and the car park was practically full, only one last spot where a can hadn't double parked. I got in, but it wasn't easy.

Staff very friendly and the hotel was conveniently placed for a one night stay. Excellent breakfast and the whole experience was good value. I may well use the same hotel on my return trip. Restaurant in walking distance was very good.

Not a criticism of the hotel, it was my fault, I should have requested a room on the first floor. I was on the second floor, four flights of stairs was too much. I'll leave that for the youngsters.

Good location free parking and value for money. Rooms are a little small but as we were only staying for 1 night it was ok. Had to check in on the auto check in screen as reception was closed when we arrived but was straight

Cheap ant fairly cheerful. Breakfast modest but tasty; rooms modest but adequate. Breakfast bar exceptionally clean.

Be there to welcome you during the day; not open ‘till 5pm. Working to a budget? Cleaning of public areas such as stairs and corridors needs someone on their knees now and again.

For a budget hotel for an overnight stop, this is perfect. Easy free parking. Comfortable bed. Perfectly clean. We all slept well for a stop on our road trip. Well located with restaurants a short walk away. Very close to motorway.

The breakfast area is really tiny. Many people were standing unable to find a seat.

It was actually good value and reasonable for a 2 star and suited our needs for visiting the area.

The young lady who checked us in was not helpful and abrupt. The staff available during the rest of our visit were very good.

Location is perfect for the ferry port. Check in fully automatic, you may need glasses to read the screen. If you're old school have pen and paper ready to take down room number and entry codes. Good restaurant nearby.

Good basic hotel

The automatic check-in machine is very easy and practical, allowing you to arrive at late hours. The room was clean, beautiful, spacious and had a good shower. The proximity to the city center is good, and it is an economical option with quality.

Location from ferry. Short drive to Caen, well worth a visit. Room basic but functional. Good value for money.

Struggled to access room code but staff helped us through the procedure.
