The room was clean and had comfy beds and nice towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is free parking and a supermarket next door. It’s 15 mins from the city centre which is really lovely.

The room smelled slightly musty and the window was difficult to open and close. The shower was hot and powerful but had to be held as there was no suitable holder for it. There was some noise from other rooms but nothing too bad.

Quiet location in a shopping center in the periphery. Despite the limited services offered by this type hotel, the person at the reception (11/7) was extremely friendly and helpful. Very basic room but clean and functional. Large parking area.

The hotel was nice inside, The man at check in was helpful and friendly and I would use the hotel again in the future.

The rooms could do with tea / coffee making facilities, The hotel could be better signed and on booking .com directions / buses to get there explained better.

Staff were excellent Room was small, but expected. Worked well for our situation, which was just a place to stay overnight whilst we travelled the region to see the tourist areas. Close to a supermarket, which had a cafe as well.

A quick overnight stay. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom & good breakfast.

We arrived late, the gate was shut & none of our numbers fitted the code. Fortunately the night staff was still on the premises & could help us! He also spoke very good English.

Near to the ferry terminal. Good for a nights stay before travelling on. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately it was one of the hottest nights, and the fan was very noisy. We didn't sleep very well.

The night staff were very accommodating & helpful, especially since we arrived so late & I have mobility problems. The day staff were equally pleasant.

Perhaps the room needs a bit of sprucing up? Although it was adequate for our needs.

It’s very good hotel for short periods, i stay just one night and everything was perfect. All Ibis standart was required.

I think for me everthink was good, it’s smal and short period hotel. Which very good to use when you travel by car.

Breakfast was great - Mohammed and Noelia were very welcoming and helpful

It was quite hot in our room on the third floor despite having a fan provided

Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. Everything worked and the room was neat. Breakfast was ok, maybe a bit crowded at times.

Air-conditioning would have been nice. Also we had to make the child's bed..and that was disappointing since we arrived late. But the hotel told that before our arrival so we knew that.
