I've been staying in Nimea for 20 nights. The good impression began even before my arrival, when I tried to figure out the difference in the rooms, and was patiently explained it. From the Rhonexpress stop and the Gare Part Deu - 10 minutes by foot, the reception is 24/7. Very convenient! I was given a room on the 8th floor, with a window facing east, in the direction of the train station. The sun was only a couple of hours in the morning, but the electric jalousie perfectly protected from it. The climate control was set at +24°C while it was up to +37°C outside. The sounds of trains and reconstruction did not interfere due to the noise reduction of the double-glazed window. The room area was about 35 m², without a balcony. The mattress was rather firm but comfortable, with two differently stuffed pillows. Multiple lighting sources in the room. In the kitchen there is an induction cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, everything for cooking is available. The bathroom has a shower, a heater for drying a swimsuit and towels, with a timer for 2 hours, hair dryer. Drinking water flows from the tap (in the city itself there are also drinking water columns in every square, as well as free toilets). There is a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning can be ordered every 8 nights for free. You throw out the garbage on your own on the -1st floor. Wi-Fi is working throughout the territory, not fast, but stable. The pool is small, about 4×6 m, temperature ~ 28°C, open from 6 am to 10 pm. On Friday and Saturday evenings there were up to 10 people at the same time, in the morning on weekdays I usually swam alone. There is also fitness area. And a laundry room. And parking. And you can stay with your animals :) Breakfast is plentiful: French pastries and tarts, pancakes with various sweet toppings, two types of eggs, four types of cold meat and two types of cheese cuts, hashbrowns, cereals, freshly squeezed juice, tea and coffee.

1) If you stay for a long time, you will probably feel the lack of storage space. I had three hangers and a shelf in my closet. 2) There is no curtain in the shower, no matter how hard you try, the water is spreading all around. 3) While there are no questions about the pool bowl and water, this cannot be said about the pool area: I repeatedly threw out hair, food packages, Band-Aids after strangers, because they lay there for several days. And once even a wet diaper.

The room is spacious and clean, the hotel is very close to the train station but the area in general is not the best if you wish to visit the old center. The check in is easy and quick. The property has a pool and a laundry room. The bed is comfy, there's a small balcony, a table with chairs and towels are provided in the bathroom

In the room there are the check out instructions : I didn't appreciate that they ask you to take your rubbish at level - 1 when you leave. If I pay for a hotel room, I kind of expect the cleaning fee included

We loved our room, it had a spacious balcony and all we needed. Comfy beds too. The staff were so lovely, spoke great English.

The hotel is central for business, but not close to the old town. Our room flooded badly twice due to the shower not draining. We flagged the issue with the staff on our first day, and they said they would send someone to check. The second day, it happened again, and they did offer us another room, but as we were leaving the next day, we decided to stay in the one we had. Our safe also didn't work, which was unfortunate but not a massive issue.

Everything was perfect! The hotel has a very chill and calm vibe. We had a kitchen in the room that it could be hidden with a door if you wanted, nice balcony with shades for the morning. I like the fact that the shower and sink and mirror is separate from the toilet - if you are staying with someone else you have space for everything. The staff was very nice and friendly, they kept our baggage after check out, until our flight and we even got a free goodbye coffee. Also the hotel has a very good connection with metros and buses. I would definitely stay here again!

Decent sized room with kitchenette facilities. Very clean and well maintained. Short walk from the main train station. Pool was larger than expected; clean and good temperature. Man at reception desk was very pleasant when we checked in.

A Nespresso or Keurig-type coffee maker with pods provided, rather than a regular drip coffee maker (that required buying ground coffee and filters) would be more convenient for short-stay guests. Bathroom facilities were a bit awkward: had to walk back and forth through the bedroom area from the toilet in one room and the sink / shower in another.

The accommodation was a pleasant surprise, as a small, but still comfortable apartment. The kitchen is hidden in a cupboard, yet equipped with all necessary appliances. The bathroom is a decent size and I especially loved the balcony. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was perfect, and the staff was very kind: they even managed to get a parking space.

They only have a limited number of parking spaces. There was a double quilt on the double bed, which is not a problem, I just prefer the two separated ones.

The hotel is easily accessed - Close to Part Dieu transport hub - and is located in a nice wee square. Well designed studio type rooms. Mine had a balcony which was pleasant as when I stayed, the weather was warm. The room is well appointed with everything you need if you want to dine in. You can breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. If you want to eat out, there are a number of trendy bars and restaurants adjacent to the hotel. You are also close to small supermarkets and to the Part-Dieu shopping mall. You can avail of the pool on the first floor. It is small but perfectly adequate if you go at times that are not busy. Being close to the Part-Dieu hub also means it is also a perfect place to explore the different parts of the city.

I’m not going to lie I got so scared after reading some of the reviews !! therefore I was incredibly pleasantly surprised - staff is very nice , hotel is clean and cosy , room is spacious and clean. Pool is also well up-kept and the gym is spacious! Location is railway station-like, as you should expect. Had a great great stay !!

Only taking one point off because the smell in the room was unpleasant upon entering, likely because of not opening windows. However as the windows were openable I could air it so not a big inconvenience at all!

The room was very warm and comfortable. The pool was wonderful.

Did not like that we had to pay extra for our small dog (weighing 3kg) when checking into the hotel. When booking this hotel on Booking it was not mentioned. We have been traveling for more than 18 years in different countries, but this was the first time we got into this situation.

A very good location, just 10 minutes walk from central station or 1 minute walk from C13 bus station, with a little park across the street. There are several restaurants nearby. Staffs are really friendly and kind. Bed is comfortable and room is clean.

Soundproof is not well. Can hear the sound of elevator and people’s voice in front of elevator.
