Great location for exploring the D Day landing beaches.

There needs to be hooks in the rooms to hang up coats etc. At breakfast, non-dairy milk (almond) milk was available but not non-dairy butter. As I am dairy intolerant; I had to buy my own and bring it each morning.

We stayed here for 5 days four nights. It was a great location. We could walk for ice cream or dinner everyday and every night. I went to the beach often and found seaglass and really pretty stones. We had a couple massages that were great. We enjoyed the upstairs patio where we could lay out and read our books. The bartenders are very friendly and enjoyed having a drink every night.

If you need a real fitness room, please note that there are no weights in this fitness room. But the bikes and other machines are good.

It was very quiet and clean, we relaxed a lot in the pools and me and mg mother enjoyed the different treatments. I really loved the relaxing massage although it’s only 25 minutes. The hotel is located in front of a big beach which allows for long and nice walks. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

We didn’t enjoy the meals. For a restaurant that shows the picture of the chef on the menu, we really expected better than that. The first evening, I couldn’t eat half of my fish which tasted weird and my mother was served a plate that wasn’t hot enough. All the food lacked taste and salt. It was mediocre. The second evening, I enjoyed my dish better but my mothers chicken was half cooked and some pieces were so hard she couldn’t eat them. Dessert was just ok. Nothing to be proud of.

The registration process was smooth and the staff very welcoming. The staff at the spa pool were so helpful and patient, especially as French is not our first language. Our evening meal was delicious, fresh and the location delightful.

Finding thew hotel, the address listed on the Booking.com site took us to the wrong place totally and if it had not been for the lady on reception speaking English we would not have found it. This was the most stressful part. Took us nearly 1 hour to get to our final destination.

The saltwater pool was lovely and the aqua-fit class we joined in with was fun. Location was fantastic, restaurants, beach and fun fair within 5 min stroll.

We had intended to treat ourselves to some pampering treatments at the end of our visit to this region, but unfortunately, our French wasn't good enough to translate the brochure and the staff in the spa area spoke little English. Not their fault at all, we just need to learn more French for next time!

Nice, modern facility. Very pleasant patio. On the beach.

We were on the ground floor and very close to the maritime bicycle Trail so it wasn’t very private. The air conditioning was not effective and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the window open at night being so close to the trail. As cyclists, we thought it would be bike friendly, but it was not.

We enjoy our holidays in France and in particular the Ouisterham Thalazure Spa.The staff are kind and friendly. As an example ,the way Audrey, Bruno and Cleo responded to my faux pass where I was so relaxed at Thelazure, we missed the return crossing to Portsmouth ! Thanks for accommodating us for the extra night ,even though it was a struggle.

The room was very small I expected more as I paid extra for the room type,the choice for dinner isn't great and it's definitely not for children

The bed is great and we had nice sleep there. Food is ok, but nothing special in restaurant. Brakfast is so-so.

The room is dated.
