We were travelling with 2 elderley mothers and it was very important to us that the hotel was accessible enough, with a working lift, showers that had a low step in and were safe enough, a toilet that was high enough. Our communication before the stay was very helpful in helping me have confidence with the booking and the rooms were exactly as expected - very clean and comfortable, everything that we needed, and very attentive knowledgeable staff on front desk at all times. The location of the hotel was wonderful, very easy access to the metro and lots of excellent restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Quiet at night in the hotel, with very comfy beds/pillows.

The breakfast was a little variable - fully stocked on day 1, less so on days 2 and 3 which was a little disappointing, but nothing serious - there was good choice and this is not a complaint in any way. The shower in our room (301) was poor and the plug didn't hold the water in the bath - all it needed was a higher bracket on the wall for the shower and it would have been a lot better.

Room was relatively spacious, which is hard to find in Paris! Location was excellent, well connected through both buses and metro. Climate control was great. Room was well-decorated and equipped (minibar, coffee machine, safe, etc.)

Cleanliness was spotty. There were stains in the bathroom, and basic amenities, like soap, were missing. We got a couple of soap bars from the reception after asking for it, but it was never refilled by staff during our stay. I was unable to use the WiFi, which was completely unsuitable especially for business users. It only allowed, by design, basic web browsing and blocked non-web corporate email as well as corporate VPNs.

Lovely room, ours was 107, on the corner of the building with two lovely sized windows overlooking the street. Bathroom was unexpectedly huge, with a glass shower/wet room area in the corner, and good lighting around the mirror ( no natural light) The beds were comfy and huge. Location is brilliant - 20 mins walk from Gare Du Nord ( we flew to Beauvais and then took the train), and Jaques Bonseargant Metro stop is right outside the hotel - a quick change a Republique and you can be anywhere in Paris in minutes!

I struggled with the pillows, but that's my personal preference. Other than that we enjoyed a great nights sleep.

The location was great - steps away from Jacques Bonsergent Metro and also close to Republique & Chateau d’Eau Metro stations Room/ bed was very comfortable and A/C was great as it was quite hot in Paris while I was there Bathroom had a bath / Shower and was very clean Laundry facilities also available (same day) Free coffee/infused water available throughout the day Breakfast was good I walked to Notre Dame Cathedral and also to Le Marais from the hotel Special mention to Ibrahim who was very helpful on check in

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The room was small, just as described, but it was comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs. One of the most useful services was the luggage storage, available both before check-in and after check-out — very convenient and much appreciated. The location is also a big plus — several metro lines are nearby, making it super convenient to explore the city. Overall, a great value and a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at 9Hotel République Paris! The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to everything, with many metro stations nearby, which made getting around the city so convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. A huge thank you to Nizar, the hotel manager, who made our stay truly exceptional with his warmth, professionalism, and personal attention. We also want to give special recognition to Karim at the reception—he was absolutely amazing. Karim was always welcoming, friendly, and went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed. His positive energy and helpful attitude really made a difference and added to the overall experience. Thanks to the incredible team, we felt right at home. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back on our next trip to Paris!

Nothing all is perfect

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The entire experience was lovely, and the reception team truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and I especially want to thank Nazir for going above and beyond, he graciously upgraded our room, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself was very nice, very clean and a perfect location close to metro station. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris!

Location served us great (2 metro lines in a waking distance and some nice places for drinks and food) while hospitality of people working there was amazing as well. During our stay people in the front desk were extremely helpful and they even upgrade us for free when we had an issue with the room. Bonus recommendation: Guy with the curly hair in the reception (cannot remember unfortunately his name) super prompt and pleasant.

Standard room was too tiny for me my taste, but since it’s Paris, I think it’s normal there.

Staff is fantastic. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants close by. Gare du Nord close enough to walk which was original reason for location(.7mi). Louvre 1.5 mile Notre Dame 1.5 mile Many restaurants within 10 min. 6th floor very quiet with nice view Lobby is very comfortable and quaint. Wine dispenser with 8 wine choices I believe. Free coffee

Room is very small for 2 people Elevator works well but tiny. One person with luggage
