Staff were very friendly and professional, easy to communicate with and flexible to accommodate requests where possible. Room size was satisfactory, aircon was good to have on a very warm day. We had to leave early, so didn't get to enjoy the included buffet breakfast, which looked pretty good on our arrival there previous day

TV was a little smaller than expected / usual these days, when large screens are relatively ubiquitous. Water pressure / volume in the shower was low, so it would have been difficult / time consuming to wash and properly rinse long hair. The bathroom basin appeared to have a faint cigarette burn in one corner. Overall, a number of pretty minor issues, which didn't detract from our enjoyment of the hotel or our stay

The hotel is located in the 14th district, which is safer than the northern districts of Paris. The surrounding environment is quiet. The reception desk staff is very friendly and provided us with the services we needed. The interior decoration of the hotel is retro and full of design. There is a tram stop near the hotel and a subway station 500 meters away.

The hotel's internal facilities are a bit old and the elevator is small. There is no kettle in the room, but the reception desk staff provided us with boiled drinking water. In addition, the mirror in the room faces the bed, which is not conducive to sleep in the eyes of Chinese people.

The room is cozy, quiet and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bed linen was made of very good material. I liked the design and the big tub. The elevator was useful for moving luggage. The hotel is located in a clean and quiet part of the city. The underground is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which allows easy access to the attractions. The receptionists were helpful and kind. We were satisfied, so we strongly recommend this accommodation.

Perhaps instead of the room key, there could be a card-operated or combination door. This is just a suggestion.

We enjoyed the location which is tucked away in a neighborhood where you can walk to restaurants, shops and supermarkets as well as located close to bus/subway lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is attractive and very clean. Our room had two queen beds and felt spacious enough for comfort. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

We were placed in an accessible room (not requested) and the toilet was in the shower which was fine except the water from the shower goes everywhere in the bathroom. We had to have a lot of towels to soak up the water to dry the floors. The continental breakfast was $13 EUROS per day, per person which seemed high so we did not partake. Otherwise coffee and hot water was not offered or available in the room. An odd thing is that when you leave your room you have to give your key to the front desk, so you cannot take your room key with you. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 so we could always get in our room but it was odd.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in the meantime close enough to a metro station ( 7 minutes to Alesia ).First of all, when I entered the hotel, a nicely decorated ( lots of Nutcrackers :) Christmas tree welcomed me ( the guy at the reception, too, of course ). Then, once entered my room, I noticed how clean and tidy it was ( I had started my Christmas holidays in a 5* hotel in Sofia - far from spotless clean; can't understand how they can rate such a place 5* !!!; the last leg of my trip was made by - a smelly - TGV from Karlsruhe ) - these details made me confortable from the very beginning. The room was warm and quiet and I was able to rest properly ( although I have a very light sleep ). Next morning, I realised that at least 2 of the girls responsible with the rooms and breakfast were Romanian ( my nationality, also ) and I thank them for doing great their jobs. I will recomend this hotel and I will stay here again, for sure.

I suggest the reception to aware the clients about the ''silent hours". I usually go to bed at 1-2AM, but there were some neightbours continuing to talk loudly even later.

The hotel is good, well located. It is close to the metro station, supermarkets, and close to several restaurants and cafes. Our room was cleaned every day, which is good, especially if you have a baby. The attendants were very receptive and helped us with the information we needed. The hotel also has a lift, small, but it was useful for us who had a stroller.

The room was not soundproof and we could hear everything that was happening in the next room. During our stay we were woken up one night by a very loud bang on the wall at the head of our bed and we heard a man speaking very loudly at 2:20 am. For light sleepers, and families with babies it could be a bad thing. One thing we missed in our room was a minibar, just a suggestion to the hotel if they decide to upgrade the rooms.

The 10€ breakfast is great value for money. It includes different breads, eggs, sausage, ham, cheese, teas, hot chocolate or coffe, yoghurt, fruit salad, dry nuts and the service is great. Rooms are nice and seemed refurbished recently.

A curly blonde female receptionist that was not so nice like the rest… when during check out I asked by when the 150€ guarantee they took from the credit card was to be refunded, she said at check out... when I explained that in another paris hotel I got it back the same day of check out, she told me she wished she could tell me. This is information the hotel should provide staff with. Also, even when Booking stated all taxes were included, we were charged 5€ per person per night extra as City tax.. 40€! so I think this was confusing advertisement.

The staff was excellent and the hotel provided good value for money. It was exactly matching what could be seen online, and the breakfast was very good. Yet, it was surprisingly cuter than I would have expected.

I didn't dislike anything, really. but if i really have to find something then: the lack of a proper room for clients to change when they cannot use their room yet/anymore. Need to mention that the hotel has a toilet for that purpose but it is quite small.

The location was close enough to the station, but also far enough that it didn't disrupt your nights to rest. They also had a few cafes outside if you'd prefer to explore for food options. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with concerns, considering it was a last-minute booking. The hotel room was clean, warm, and very spacious.

The hotel is lovely! We got a free room upgrade because they had available rooms and we ended up with a much bigger room! Everyone was lovely and they stored our bags for free which was really important since we arrived early morning on the first day and left late at night on the last day. Super well connected and very close to the Alesia metro station with line 4 taking us literally everywhere! Best value for money ever!!
