Absolutely superb location and the rooms were incredibly clean. The view I had over the park was magnificent. Although the rooms were small, every thing you needed was there. They were also really lovely and kind to my dog Luca. Especially loved the woman at reception who welcomed me, she was very friendly and accommodated my terrible French. This will be my place to stay every time I visit Paris!!

Nothing.

.The room was super clean and we had a great view. House keeping would make sure that the room is really clean every day.  Giulia from the reception was super friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendantions and tips and tricks on discovering more about Paris. We had breakfast included. The breakfast was super good, including local snacks. The breakfast also included beverages like coffee, orange juice, fruit juice and more. The hotel is super well connected to public transport. It takes a few minutes to make it to Notre Dame. We arrived by train, and the connection to the train station was really good. The neighbourhood around the hotel is safe, people were constantly out at the restaurant atound the hotel. And this did not make it noisy. Moreover, you ccan find some great restaurants around the hotel with tasty food, decent prices and friendly staff. We had a pleasant experience and once we'll be back I will return to Gardette

We stayed two nights at this lovely hotel and will surely come back again. It faces a very nice park square and at night you barely hear anything, yet it's in a neighbourhood full of shops and cafés, and a short distance walk to the metro. The reception personnel (Giulia) was super friendly and nice. The room was on the small side (but quite normal for Paris and more than enough for us). The shower room is small but very clean and equipped with hair dryer and a few amenities (something getting more and more rare in medium-range hotels). Comfortable, clean beds, coffee and kettle in the room (brilliant!) and also a free coffee machine in reception. A perfect hotel for a weekend getaway - the room had a sofa bed in case it's a couple + 1 kid, but it's quite small if that bed is open. Again, standard size for Paris accommodation, so no complaints.

For us it was not a problem, but the elevator opens in between 2 floors and therefore you need to go down or up some steps of stairs, which can be challenging for people with mobility problems.

Peaceful and quiet yet extremely well located and central To all sightseeing. Also local shops and restaurants were great and all within a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had a family room and it was spacious and very comfortable with three large windows opening out to the garden beyond. Lovely breakfast too-could not ask for more.

There was only one thing that would have been great which is a full length or even just a normal mirror in the room.

The location and ease of getting checked in and out was amazing. The staff was very polite and gave suggestions upon request for first time travelers. The ability to check your bags in before you checked into the hotel was very convenient for those that wanted to explore a little or get something to eat beforehand. I recommend this location to any that seek a cozy, cost effective, and great location when visiting Paris.

The room's general size for a taller person would probably have been an issue if I was not solo traveling. That being said I do plan to stay here again if I'm able to when I next visit Paris.

While the room is not huge, it is definitely the biggest that I’ve had in my trips to Paris. There were two of us in the room and we’ve only travelled with weekend bags so we had enough space for everything. I would guess that with larger luggage or in winter months when you need to have bulkier clothes the space might be a bit more crammed, but again, it was miles better than any other room I’ve experienced in the city for the comparable price. The location is nice with several metro stations within a walking distance. Right by the hotel there is a small park and combined with a free coffee machine in the lobby it made for a pleasant spot to spend some time after the breakfast. There is also a coffehouse and a couple of cafes and bars near the hotel. The rooms face two sides of the building and some of the rooms get the view of the park while other look directly into the neighbouring building across the street. I’ve got the latter option but nonetheless the view is quite pleasing. The breakfast itself was nice but rather limited in options: mostly an assortment of cold cuts and cheese, breads and pancakes, cereals with a couple of hot options. Despite the limited assortment, the quality of food was nice and it’s easy to make a breakfast that would suit to different preferences. The bathroom in my room had a window as big as the main room and overall was quite spacious, although the way the shower, toilet and sink were located was a bit awkward, the toilet was crammed between the wall and the shower cabin making it a pretty tight fit. This might be especially uncomfortable for some people with mobility issues. I did not personally travel with a pet, but the hotel is pet friendly since I’ve seen people staying with their (small-ish) dog, which is a plus for some people.

Elevator is rather small — it could fit the two of us and our backpacks, but if there were a third person it would be tricky to fit everybody. It also arrives between the floors, so a short walk down or up the stairs would be necessary no matter which floor your room is. While I did not hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms, the noise from the corridor is very much audible and with three room doors crammed pretty much together I could hear each time someone was opening the door as if it was the door to my room. This might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

This was such a lovely place to stay. The manager, Pierre-Francois, was so kind and welcoming. They provide free 24-hour real coffee and tea. They have someone on the front desk to genuinely assist you, 24 hours per day, so you don't have to worry about a late check-in. Pierre-Francois handed me a chilled bottle of water from the fridge each day I was there. The breakfast was included and it was extra good. They also don't police you with warning signs telling you not to take any food with you, and nobody did, because everyone usually knows that this is correct etiquette. The whole atmosphere was warm, welcoming and relaxed. Celia on reception was also very lovely. Ashleigh did a wonderful job of cleaning my room by taking extra care, and that I noticed. It was lovely. The beautiful lady who made our breakfast also took extra care and the food was delicious and fresh. I can't speak highly enough of Gaudette Park Hotel. Its location is fabulous and it's central, but not in a position that is noisy. In fact, it was lovely and quiet there, which made sitting on my little balcony to have a cup of tea, perfect. Next time I'm in Paris, without a doubt I will be staying at Gaudette Park Hotel again. My only regret was that I was not there longer than 2 nights this time!

There was nothing I did not like about Gaudette Park Hotel. I loved everything about it!

Great location near metro, some of Paris’ best bars and restaurants, cafes etc. It was also very clean and quiet. The staff were always responsive and helpful. We loved our little balcony overlooking the park - we could hear kids playing every afternoon. It was so lovely

It’s a small hotel with a tiny, winding staircase. Not accessible for people with mobility issues. Rooms are small too, but it is Paris and in a really great location!

Fantastic location: neighborhood park across the street, close to metro station. Truly wonderful, professional and dedicated staff. Neat little room on the 5th floor has a nice little terrace to catch the springtime sun. Property as a whole and the room are in very good shape indeed - it’s clear that they stay on top of their maintenance.

Would be greatly appreciated if staff would amend the practice of verbally announcing the room number at check-in. It’s a much better security practice to just slide the key and the number across the desk to avoid broadcasting the number to others in the lobby. With sincere thanks.
