A cozy and intimate hotel with surprisingly new room furnishings. Top-notch air conditioning. Clean, well-equipped bathroom (though it's a shame there are no hooks or towel rails). The staff is incredibly friendly. Located 50 meters from a metro station and a dozen or so restaurants within a 300-meter radius, it's easy to explore Paris from here, while also relaxing in the evenings in the quiet, uncrowded 17th Arrondissement.

I don't know what unpleasant experiences the hotel had with its customers, but the ban on having any outside beverages in the room, under threat of a hefty fine, is bizarre in the summer heat

The room was very cosy and comfortable. The furniture seemed newly refurbished. The lady from the front desk was extremely joyful and polite. We really liked her.

The location of the hotel is not so convenient for visinting the city. You need to walk around 10 mins to the nearest metro station and then you need some time to arrive anywhere close to the city attractions. The shower curtain had an awful smell.. It seemed that was not washed anytime recent, we couldn't let the bathroom door open because of this. A thing that we found strange was that you are not allowed with food in the room. There is a notice of this on the room door. If you bring food in the room and they catch you with it, you would pay extremly large fee. We didn't knew about this, if we would knew we never booked to this hotel. In Paris I like to enjoy a pain au chocolat and a coffe for breakfast in the room. I didn't payed for the breakfast for this reason.

The hotel has a great location, 15 minutes on foot from the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile. Near the hotel is the subway and bus number 92, which goes to the Eiffel Tower. From Beauvais airport it is 1 hour and a half. A bus runs several times a day. The bus stops 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff was great. Rooms quite big and clean, daily service. We were a big group - 11 people, we all recommend.

The first day there were also sausages and bacon for breakfast. But the next day they were not there, and our men were disappointed. Otherwise the breakfast was sufficient, from croissants with Nutella to salami and cheese with a baguette. There is no good restaurant for lunch near the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault, but there is Mcdonald.

From the time we arrived Mariam, greeted us with smile and very friendly. The whole time we stayed nothing was too much for her to help us stay comfortable. Anything we asked she was so accomdating. Was lovely to stay.

Monday to Thursday, the cleaning in the room was not sufficient at all. Our used glasses were still dirty when we came back, bathroom glasses were the same, too. Not only that, our toothpaste was still all over the basin area. Cushions were still on the floor and the foot blanket was also on the floor. Until Friday and Saturday we had a different cleaner and she was so sufficient. Came back to the room, and everything I just complained about was done. Clean glasses, picked up the cushions and the footblanket placed on the bed. On top of that, the tissue and toilet roll were folded into triangles at the end. Just that one extra minute to do that makes such a big difference when your paying to stay in the Hotel. Our biggest "thank you" for making us feel very "welcome"

Loved the location! It's a bit outside of central Paris but all is still very accessible. It's in a residential area and as such, is far more peaceful and off the tourist trail. Of course, August is much quieter because most parisiens are in 'holiday season' but all the better for that.

The separate loo and bathroom. The loo was quite small. The continental breakfast was quite expensive at E20 a head so we opted for breakfast at local cafes which was far more reasonable.

The hotel is located in a very nice area with a lot of restaurants around and very very close to the M3 metro line (2 minute walk). It was very easy to reach the hotel coming from CDG airport. Staff were friendly. The room was clean (each day housekeeping cleaned it), but just like in all hotels in Paris very small. We were out all day so this was not a problem. The big plus is the good neighbourhood (I had some other experiences in my previous visits to Paris). You have a supermarket very close also.

I don't have anything to complain about- our stay was nice. Maybe a little bit scary the warning inside the room on bringing in food in your room (you could be fined with 150 EUR) - I can understand it at some extent, but just to raise awareness as i suppose it was meant for those special people who are littering the entire room with takeaway food. Perhaps some noise coming from the other rooms, but nothing really to be bothered about. Breakfast was 20EUR/person, but we opted not to have it (the price was a little bit too high).

The hotel is great for many reasons, firstly location, so close to the metro & buses to take you where you want to go. You can buy a one day ticket at the metro station .. costs 12 Euros for a one day pass (2 Euros is for buying the card) & which includes buses, trains & Trams. A very good selection of breakfast choices to start your day, exactly as shown on the hotels website. Room was spotlessly clean, a very comfy bed, linen & towels above grade for a 3 star hotel. Rooms are not of a great size but ok. Staff are very welcoming & happy to answer any questions or assist you in any way they can. Plenty of restaurants etc around so spoiled for choice.

Nothing to be honest & the only suggestion for consideration is to install a hand rail in any shower cubicles.

New decors, recent refurbishment of an old building , room is small but livable and clean , dbl bed is comfy … aircon worked well … very convenient/next to a metro and a tram/bus stations with connections to all sections of Paris … various types of restaurants within easy walking distance … clean environs … seemed safe neighborhood … the bar has smooth cold beer and drinks … All the Staffers - especially Mariene - are polite , helpful , with generous minds.

The elevator is quite small , narrow corridor way … they hiked the rate too exorbitantly during this Olympics ….but unfortunately this was to be expected… !!

I came here in 2012 with my daughters, lovely to see the rooms have been upgraded and have a really modern feel, hotel and room was very clean, the reception and lounge area with ground floor toilet also very clean.

We could hear noise from pipes that woke us up a few times, we think this was due to inconsiderate customers flushing the toilet in the middle of the night, not the hotels fault but maybe guests could be asked not to do this on a do and don't list. 3 star hotel with a 4 star feel.

Very close to Metro, Tram, Bus station. Pharmacy, restaurants, shops nearby. Very good and quiet area. Very clean room. Very nice host. We had everything we wanted. BIG 10 !!!! I RECOMMAND TO ANYONE !!!

In the last night, we stayed 3, we could hear 2 persons having sex, than take a shower, than talking and talking loud in the night, when someone is trying to sleep. It's all about common sense, education and respect for people of anyone who stays at any hotel.
