We spent a very nice week at the Hotel Monceau Wagram. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English well and respond quickly to emails/messages, not like other hotels we have tried to communicate with before. We informed the hotel that we would be arriving earlier than the room would be available and we just wanted to store our suitcases, but when we arrived they gave us more and made up our room before its normal availability (14:00) and we could have a rest in our room after a long journey. They clean and make up the room, replace the consumed soaps/shower gels and the used towels every day! Also you might find some welcome gifts in the room :-) The breakfast is rich and good, the small restaurant is very nicely decorated and equipped for your comfort. In the lobby you can have some cakes and coffee free of charge, also in the room they provide free tea and coffee supplies. The city center and most of the POI-s/attractions are close even on foot, in case to reach the more distant destinations we have used RER and metro. (We highly recommend to install RATP application on your phone if you want to use the public transportation!) Before we have booked in Hotel Monceau Wagram we have read a lot of feedback, especially the very good and the very poor ones. One of the most complained thing was the slowly return of the deposit (in our case it was 260EUR). We have received the deposit back on the same day we have leaved the Hotel, so nobody shall worry about it!

The room is a bit noisy due to the older window rubber insulation, it would be helpful to replace it in order to reduce the noise coming from the street. The other noise source is a kind of "body sound" coming from the shower or children's foot tapping. But none of them were bad enough to complain about. Of course, the behavior of the guests can greatly affect the comfort of your stay, that is, the hotel can not completely eliminate.

Very generous and well laid-out breakfast served until 11am. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean; en-suite bathroom with easy-to-use shower; plenty of hot water. Situated in an elegant and vibrant part of Paris; 5 minutes walk from Ternes Metro (Ligne 2 direct connection to Gare du Nord for Eurostar travellers). I would definitely stay there again. Charming little hotel. Stayed there with teenage daughter - room contained a large double bed plus a single. . No problems getting back in after late nights dining out.

The hotel is perfect!! I stay with my family.The room is very clean,the staff very frendly.The location is near to metro 3 seconds and at the center of the town .Many shops,restaurants,and cafe are next to the hotel If we ever come again in paris we stay sure at the monceau hotel

Perfect location very close to arc the triomphe, wagram street is one of the more busy, very close there is everythings, room clean and no very small coparing with Paris standard.

in the breakfast miss some cake should be more rich

Our stay was great! The rooms are perfectly fine. we were 4 adults and 1 infant. We were comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay in the hotel! The receptionist are very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions (Especially Vanessa, Van and the other guy). Location is perfect, very accessible. We would love to stay here again.

Good location, clean room, kind and helpful staff

We left our luggages in the hotel after we checked out and they weren’t stored in a secure room, they were just left in the lobby which didn’t feel very safe.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options. The staff were incredible and could not do enough for us. The rooms were quite small but what you'd expect for an old building in central Paris. The location was perfect for us aas we were running the marathon and it was ideally located for the start and finish.

The bathroom did not have conditioner The room size was quite small It was quite expensive

I DONT LIKE TO THIS HOTEL WHEN U GOIN OUT I NTHE NIGHT THEY LOCK THE MAIN DOOR WHICH U CAN ABLE TO COME BACK AS U WANT , STAFF TELLING US HE WILL GO TO SLEEP , WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE

Starting from the staff to the room, we liked all, and especially that everything is close you can walk everywhere.
