for a budget hostel we where very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, they even changed our sheets throughout the stay. there was a sink in the room, and free towels are provided. the staff where very lovely. the breakfast wasn’t amazing but was fine. the toilets weren’t amazing, but where tolerable. the location was a bit far from the centre but you can get the metro in quite easily. the area was a bit dodgy and dirty but not too dangerous, i’d say as long as you keep your witts about you you will be fine. overall, a good deal for the low price.

The hotel is located pretty close to the metro station of Porte de Saint Ouen (like 10 mins to walk), which is 6 metro stations away from Saint Denis University metro station, which connects Paris to Beauvais airport through bus. The hotel is located pretty good, because it takes only 1 hour and half or maybe 2 of walking to the Eiffel Tower. You also have several grocery stores nearby (Lidl, Carrefour). The room was very clean and pretty much offered the basic needs for resting and having a daily hygiene. Small rooms but very well used space, i think that this hotel offers exactly what is needed for people who enjoy visiting all day and not looking for expensive bookings. The personal here was really friendly and the daily service room was also very well organized. Overall me and my girlfriend have been very pleased about our holiday here in Paris and our stay here at this hotel. Will definetlfy pick this hotel again in a future trip to Paris :)

The hotel was excellently managed. Everything was clean and organised. The breakfast was excellent value and had a large range of food available. Water, coffees and vending machines with drinks, snacks, sandwiches and microwaveable meals (with a microwave available) were in the lobby. Check-in was available overnight which was very handy for us as we arrived late. Convenient location for travel around Paris (e.g. Louvre was approx. 30 minutes away on public transport including a walk to the station)

The location is not a top-class location, there is plenty of homelessness etc around, but if you can look past this it is a very convenient spot, about a 10 minute walk from a metro station. The rooms, being small, can get warm. The solution was to open the window which let in the sounds of a busy enough location (bins being emptied, traffic from a nearby motorway etc.)

Good and budget-friendly hotel. It was clean and tidy. The staff were nice. Good few shops around and close to the metro.

The surrounding area is not great. Avoid walking alone in the evening and at night. No air-conditioning or even an air-con setup. In the summer room will feel like an oven. It was hot during our stay in June, and when asked to staff about it, they said there was nothing they could do and to live with it. You can open windows(in our room window there wasn't any stopper/latch, which was bad we couldn't open it properly), but it made it worse due to the extremely noisy motorway next to the hotel, producing constant hot polluted air. Apart from that it was a nice, cosy place.

Hotel is close to 2 metro lines going via Gare du Nord and to the river near Eiffel tower, also close to tram line. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby. Also hotel serves breakand, but there's coffee machine near reception desk. Our room was clean, and cleaned every day, incl towel change and hotel common areas was clean, including lifts, reception, corridors etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you

The streets nearby, especially under the bridge didn't feel safe and were very dirty and smelly. But this is not something hotel can fix. There were police patrolling streets, which eas reassuring.

Place was near the metro station, so it was easy to reach all landmarks. Presense of security made us feel safe. The region around the hotel was fine, do not worry about it. No one will bother you needlessly. Also you can refill water at the reception for free. Plenty of vending machines are also present. And a coffee machine.

AC would be nice, the room did get pretty hot as in Paris it was around 30degrees at the time. When we first arrived the room smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the towels smelled... like ass :P. Ventilating the room during the day solved the cigarette issue. And when room was cleaned, the towel was replaced. These sort of issues can be easily resolved via reception - staff was nice and spoke fluent english.

The hotel is great! The price/quality ratio is excellent! 7 minutes walk from the metro station, which goes directly to the center in 10 minutes. The room was cleaned every day😍 Nice staff, helped with everything, understood English at any level. The hotel has an elevator, as well as free drinking water at the reception. Also for 3€ or 7€ you can leave your luggage in the safe for the whole day even after checking out. Definitely, I am satisfied with the choice!🔥

The only downside is that the double room did not have a small wardrobe or bedside table to put things.

I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed everyday I stayed. I would recommend this place if you are okay with being on the outside of the center of the city and taking a metro to get everywhere. The rooms are very nice and quiet. Plenty of bathrooms and showers on each floor. It was nice for the price. The rooms are spacious and though simple exactly what I needed. Staff were very helpful and even called to help me get a taxi on the day of my departure.

I the only concern/complaint would be the amount of homeless around the area and the smell in the area of a musky bathroom.

The property was unreal! Perfect for people who want to do Paris on a budget. Payed around $300 aud so £150 for 4 nights which is a bargain. The hotel is 10 minutes train ride on the metro which is fast and efficient. The best station to go from was the garibaldie as it was a nice area and an easy walk to the hotel. Other then then the communal bathrooms were clean and in well working order. Have no complaints and would 100%% recommend this to any people travelling and wanting to do Paris on a budget.

I had a random guy in the communal shower try to catch onto me. Shook my to Introduce himself and he didn’t speak English very well. He then wouldn’t let go of my hand and kept pulling me towards him. It was a bit frightening and scary. I told him to let go and that was it. I think he thought I swung the other way 😂😂 but obviously it was very uncomfortable for me for a few minutes.

The rooms are small but very comfortable and …CLEAN (I think they change the bed every day!) The shared bathrooms are little cubicles: there are showers and WC. It is also possible to have international breakfast if one wants to. It is located between two metro stations: Garibaldi and Porte de ST Ouen on the line 14 (about 10 min walking distance for each). Personally, I prefer to go to Garibaldi, the neighborhood is nicer.

This is not my first time making a reservation at this location. Each time, I am very satisfied!
