for a budget hostel we where very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, they even changed our sheets throughout the stay. there was a sink in the room, and free towels are provided. the staff where very lovely. the breakfast wasn’t amazing but was fine. the toilets weren’t amazing, but where tolerable. the location was a bit far from the centre but you can get the metro in quite easily. the area was a bit dodgy and dirty but not too dangerous, i’d say as long as you keep your witts about you you will be fine. overall, a good deal for the low price.

The hotel was excellently managed. Everything was clean and organised. The breakfast was excellent value and had a large range of food available. Water, coffees and vending machines with drinks, snacks, sandwiches and microwaveable meals (with a microwave available) were in the lobby. Check-in was available overnight which was very handy for us as we arrived late. Convenient location for travel around Paris (e.g. Louvre was approx. 30 minutes away on public transport including a walk to the station)

The location is not a top-class location, there is plenty of homelessness etc around, but if you can look past this it is a very convenient spot, about a 10 minute walk from a metro station. The rooms, being small, can get warm. The solution was to open the window which let in the sounds of a busy enough location (bins being emptied, traffic from a nearby motorway etc.)

The property was unreal! Perfect for people who want to do Paris on a budget. Payed around $300 aud so £150 for 4 nights which is a bargain. The hotel is 10 minutes train ride on the metro which is fast and efficient. The best station to go from was the garibaldie as it was a nice area and an easy walk to the hotel. Other then then the communal bathrooms were clean and in well working order. Have no complaints and would 100%% recommend this to any people travelling and wanting to do Paris on a budget.

I had a random guy in the communal shower try to catch onto me. Shook my to Introduce himself and he didn’t speak English very well. He then wouldn’t let go of my hand and kept pulling me towards him. It was a bit frightening and scary. I told him to let go and that was it. I think he thought I swung the other way 😂😂 but obviously it was very uncomfortable for me for a few minutes.

The rooms are small but very comfortable and …CLEAN (I think they change the bed every day!) The shared bathrooms are little cubicles: there are showers and WC. It is also possible to have international breakfast if one wants to. It is located between two metro stations: Garibaldi and Porte de ST Ouen on the line 14 (about 10 min walking distance for each). Personally, I prefer to go to Garibaldi, the neighborhood is nicer.

This is not my first time making a reservation at this location. Each time, I am very satisfied!

The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, the hotel is well priced and not too expensive, and overall it's clean and quiet.

I live in Paris and have booked this hotel several times before. This time, my partner and I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have a private bathroom, which wasn’t clearly mentioned at the time of booking. As a couple, privacy is important to us, and this made our stay less comfortable. I hope the hotel will clarify this better in the future, as I’ve otherwise had good experiences here

the price for a room with private bathroom is the best in town. even its location is out of paris districts, it is well connected to the center with metro lines 13, 14, 4 (10 min. walks to each station) the breakfast costs 7.5 euro. for that price it has good selection (bad croissants, average breads, coffee, juices, yoghurt, jam, butter, dried fruits, even cheese) wifi works perfectly staff is helpful and friendly

the room cabrio is very small, especially the bathroom, but comfortable enough. if you are an average person, you'll use it easily, but if you are built, you may find it difficult to use the bathroom in particular. the neighborhood looks a little bit creepy, uncanny and disturbing, but nothing bad happens...

This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect if you’re on a budget and want a clean, comfortable place to stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Paris, and this one is by far the best value for money. I keep coming back and will definitely book here again next time. Highly recommend!

I liked everything

Great place, clean and ideal for staying in while visiting Paris. They have left luggage . Rooms are small but for us it was what we wanted while taking this city break.

There is no air conditioning. For us it wasn't a problem because it wasn't that hot. The check in staff were a bit confused they day we checked in and just let us go to our room without telling us information about breakfast or check out time. The surrounding area isn't the best but we didn't have any problems and felt safe in the hotel.

All clean and tidy. The people are nice, they have lockers so we were able to leave the bags until the departure. The no key system is very convenient as you are not afraid to lose it. Tiny but convenient shower. I almost didn’t hear my neighbors. Maybe I didn’t have them. The distance is about 6km but for these money it’s just great. The neighbors near is a little scary but the neighborhood of the hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket and boulangeries.

Clubbing people in the morning were loud too, they wouldn’t leave for long and that kept us up. I guess not hostels fault still weird for me that they could make such noise so calmly at 5am. My friend’s shower worked horribly and the water wasn’t warm. My shower had a good pressure and the temperature so she could shower in my room which did not spoil our experience.

Clean, nice colours, good stuff, hot water in lobby, help with everything. You even can put your things and don't worry about them. And rooms are small but cute and comfortable

Outside the window was kind of roof and at night someone was there and in the morning too . And there was a lot of trash in this street. Also sad was quite far location from everything Shower and toilet common and that was bed because there are man and woman. And some people didn't clean toilets and they did horrible sounds there which made being there disgusting. I know hotel can't change guest's behaviour, but maybe separate genders or something like that, will be great
