The location is unbeatable. The staff so courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious.

I usually don’t rate hotels but show my gratitude directly to the staffs by giving generous tips This team are just wonderful, warm, generous and so professional.

The loud, rude clients of the 5 th and 6 th floor .. they break don’t close theirs doors, they make the walls shake, they run in the rooms above our heads in the middle of the nights and at dawn .. shame on them and should be banned for traveling to civilised countries .

The room was cozy and just the right size but the bathroom was a bit tight. The location was very central on the 1st arrondissement; short walks to the metro too. For the shoppers, you’ll find the Celine Boutique and the Chanel Store 10 steps away from the hotel’s main entrance. Breakfast at the hotel was glorious; excellent croissants, dutch pastries and a selection of butter.

Looking back, we have no negative feedback on our stay. All our concerns were dealt with immediately. To be frank, the hotel made us feel right at home. Each issue was handled in a personal manner so it was quick i.e from a request for an extra pillow, to dry clean service.

The room felt very homely and the bed was extremely comfortable. For shower connoisseurs, the pressure was very good and the temperature easy to control. We had a room overlooking the street on the fourth floor and the view of the Parisian apartments and rooflines left you in no doubt where you were. The Spa pool is smart and very welcome after plenty of walking around the city centre. Place Vendome and Place de la Concorde very close and a great selection of shops and restaurants.

Le Charles bar was a delight for a glass of champagne and some small plates. The background music was perhaps a bit invasive and more "house" rather than relaxed - but a minor, point in an otherwise tremendous visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. Highlights: The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Their exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also boasts beautiful decor, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere throughout. Also the hotel is totally sound proof so it the rooms were very quiet. The hotel and the rooms have a very nice smell and all the areas are very clean in particular. Overall Experience: Despite the minor drawbacks, our stay was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely return to this hotel, mainly because of the excellent location and the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome.

Areas for Improvement: The breakfast buffet was a bit limited and could definitely benefit from more variety. Additionally, while the spa facilities—heated pool, hammam, and sauna—were a great addition, they weren’t as warm as expected, which made the experience less relaxing. The spa areas themselves were quite cold, making it uncomfortable when stepping out of the facilities.

I liked the hotel , location and also the breakfast. Before booking this hotel I found comments about limited assortiment of breakfast menu but I was surprised with the great menu consisting of Jamon, salmon, cheese, salad, great French breads, croussants with confitures and fruits. You can also order coffee, tea, hot chocolate and eggs. Location is great, there are many restauarants close to the hotel, gardens are in 5min walk, the hotel is very close to shopping centre Gallery Laffayette , Opera, Eiffel Tower (40 mins by walk).

Excellent location! We stayed in the suite which was lovely, loved it. The staff in the reception was great, topnotch!

chaotic in breakfast... Im not sure what happened to the staff serving the breakfast. Day one, we ordered French toast with berries, served us wrongly three times!! Day two, two staff asked us about what coffee to order.... then the coffee was not ordered. Considering it is a 2000+ euros per night stay, disappointed, the service does not match the price.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The spa area was perfect for relaxing with a decent pool, nice hamam and sauna. Breakfast was a suitable buffet. The bar served delicious cocktails and food. Had such a wonderfully relaxing weekend in the heart of Paris, I didn't want to leave. The macarons on the first night were a special added touch.

That I didn't stay longer.

Le Burgundy has a splendid location, less than a 5 minutes' walk from Place de la Concorde, with a Pierre Hermé sweetshop a hundred yards away. Rich and excellent breakfast, wonderful rooms and impeccable services. Le Burgundy is one of the classiest places I've stayed in and I'd love to get back some day.

If and only if you want to find something less than perfect, well, the morning croissant was a bit below the high standards of Hermé, Mulot and the likes of them.

Our room was enjoyable and extremely comfortable. We were put near our friends which was an optional request. The bar at the hotel was beyond amazing and bar service was fantastic.

It was great that breakfast was included, but it really wasn't good at all. Barely refilled and not watched after. Actually missed it one morning and was was hoping the hotel wouldn't charge us for the bread basket, but did..hours and assortment should be expanded and better cared for.
