Nice bed Nice shower Clean Good location Quiet area Close to Monoprix (grocery store for daily snack supply) Close to Trocadéro

A payment is taken for hold, but then you pay at the property again, and the hold is refunded. The payment at property was higher than the hold-payment. And I think the hotel manager was irritated with me, because I did not understand this concept. I would suggest that the hotel explain this in advance or just let the hotel staff tell me “you will receive your hold back, if not, come speak with us”

Outstanding location. Close to Eiffel Tower and multiple metro stops. We've stayed here a couple times and love the neighborhood. Despite it's location, seems minimally touristy and most shops and restaurants prefer to speak to me with my mediocre French rather than in English, which I quite enjoy. The nearby pedestrian shopping streets gave my family an authentic Parisien feeling with the boulangerie, patisserie, produce shops, cafes, etc. The breakfast is a great value if you want to eat at the hotel. The courtyard area is splendid.

Rooms are small but adequate. I think this is typical. We don't spend much time in the room other than sleeping so it's fine for us.

Excellent location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, bus, metro, boulangerie and shops. Had rooms available at short notice when transport issues meant a change of plan during the Olympics.

Spiral staircase up to the room and a skylight might not be for everyone.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Great quality/price. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The neighborhood is very pretty and the area is safe: we walked to Trocadero and back at night with no issues (both me and my friend are women, so we're usually aware of our surroundings). The owner was nice and responsive. Will definitely come back.

I'm not sure if this is something the structure can fix, but I woke up very early in the morning because the elevator doors were opening and closing on their own every two minutes. Once I found out what was making the noise, I sent the elevator downstairs, so it kept opening and closing but not at my floor. That solved it for a while. This was just a minor inconvenience though, as the area is quiet and I didn't hear street noise.

The room doesn’t have AC but there’s a big fan, which was enough. Most nights we didn’t even need it because it wasn’t that hot. Beds are comfy, everything was super clean. The location is nice, it’s away from the main street so it’s quiet and a bit cooler thanks to the trees and shade. The area feels really safe and it’s close to the Eiffel Tower and metro, which is perfect if it’s your first time in Paris. Also, I saw some reviews mentioning payment issues, in my case, they charged my card when I booked but then refunded it, so I just paid at the property and didn’t have any problems with double payment. The staff is very nice and professional.

The walls can be a bit thin, so because we slept in longer, we could hear people going to breakfast or talking and moving their bags in the morning. But it was mainly just in the mornings, it was quiet at night.

I liked the location and the atmosphere. The room was small but had all the essentials.

The elevator was not efficient - sometimes had to wait for a long time.

We had prompt and helpful communication from the hotel prior to our visit. The location was fantastic, super close to the Eiffel Tower but also with safe parking nearby. The entrance is in a cute courtyard area, with lovely plants, it felt very French and authentic. Our room was up several quirky flights of spiral stairs, which was characterful and the boys thought was an adventure! The room was clean and spacious, shower strong and hot, beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Other than some confusion over the breakfast, which was resolved speedily and politely, our stay was fantastic, and we were sad to have to leave! Would definitely recommend.

The location is great, near the metro, bakery, shopping centre & supermarkets - brilliant! The room I was in overlooked some trees, and people's back garden and so it was nice and peaceful in the morning. The bed was super comfortable, I got up completely recharged each morning ready for a new adventure. The room was very clean and there were 2 disposable cups with a kettle, tea and coffee options in the room which was nice. There was a plug & MagSafe charger just by the bedside which was very handy to charge my phone and other gadgets. (Do remember to bring your travel adapter for your plugs). The bathroom had soap and shower gel in fixed dispensers, in case you forget your own toiletries there are supermarkets (Monoprix) very nearby so you can get your essentials if needed. A smaller Monoprix is located on the right side of the road - Rue de Passy as you are walking towards Le Hameau de Passy from Passy Metro and a larger one in Passy Plaza (basement level) just across the hotel. There is also a couple of pharmacies down the road in case hay fever strikes out of the blue *Achoo*! The spiral staircase leading up to some of the rooms can be a challenge if guests have heavy bags. Just in case visiting guests have mobility issues do let the team know in advance and perhaps they can allocate a suitable room. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, I went outside as there are many wonderful bakeries around. Staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out and they were very kind and patient by welcoming me in English but I was able to practice some of my French too. Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again - highly recommended. ___________________________ *In case any guests like/ love ice-cream - do visit Glace Bachir and try their very delicious organic Lebanese Achta ice-cream with chopped pistachios (their small cups were huge!) Address: Glace Bachir, MONTMARTRE, 7 Rue Tardieu, 75018 Paris

The location was great. Supermarket across the road 1 minute away. 15 minutes walk to Eiffel tower, bakery, cafes, Chinese restaurant, different shops. The hotel was clean. There are few blocks in the hotel, our blocks did not have a lift. The stairs in our block would not be suitable for older people with knee problems unless you have a room on a ground floor. There is a nice gated little yard with flowers, so we felt secure. I enjoyed continental breakfast which had: coffee, 2 types of juices, different breads, cakes, croissants, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon, boiled eggs, 4 types of cheese, ham, honey, cereal, apple pure, yogurt, fruit salad and whole fruits.

A very good value hotel in an excellent location within walking distance of the Eifel Tower. The room had all facilities, kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits provided, extra hot water , highly efficient fans (needed as it was almost 40 degrees in the heatwave) comfortable bed, use of large fridge for storing drinks etc. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment. Would certainly recommend this hotel and return on future trips.

The coffee machine in reception wasn't working. Pity, as we were told the coffee is excellent.
