Great location, perfect for getting around Paris. We have stayed here many times. As always, lovely staff providing courteous and friendly service. The double queen room we had was very comfortable—on the top floor with fantastic views.

Overhaul of lobby is ongoing until 2026 we were told… noisy and not very pleasant entering the hotel. Tail end of the breakfast room was sometimes affected by the smokers outside.

Location Location Location! Room was great, good size for a family and very convenient. TV had British channels which was good as we do not speak French. Breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit and veg every morning.

Low water pressure in the shower The glass separating the shower from the room had a mechanism that turns it clear at a press of a bottom, very embarrassing. We were bitten every night by something, Hotel staff said there was a local issue with bugs. the hotel should do something about this, my girl developed an allergic reaction to one of the bites.

Excellent location next to Metro and lots of Coffees and shopping options. We had very good room for 2 adults and 2 kids (no 600) on the sixth floor with nice balcony and view (the photo below is from our balcony). Usually most of Paris hotels have very small rooms, but this one exceeded our expectations by size and look.

At arrival the guy in reception was not very nice and helpful. I had to come back 3 times to get our key cards working and same with additional blanket for children. However the lady receptionist when checking out was very nice and friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a nice, modern layout. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff were consistently helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Paris, next to the large Les Halles shopping mall, surrounded by many restaurants, directly above a major train station, and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay, and I have no regrets at all.

Big rooms, clean, central located to everything with metro station in the front of hotel. There are some homeless in front of hotel at night but it is a busy places with lot of tourists around at night time so I feel safe all the time here. Breakfast is the best part. There are full lines of breakfast include salad, cheese bars, bakery; many options of croissants, the hot raisin croissant is one of my favorite, crape station, omelette station, cappuccino and cafe latte here are very good, they even have fresh juice maker and peanut butter make your own. Very impressed with this hotel.

Good beds, blackout curtains, nice bathroom, well-located. Free icecreams from 4-6pm and water, snacks in the lobby was also appreciated.

Not prior informed about significant renovation works underway; website misleading showing glass atrium sitting areas, whereas all of that is non-existent. After coming in from a big day out and wanting an hour or so of rest before heading out again for dinner, the drilling and hammering adjacent our room was difficult to ignore. During the middle of the last night of our four night stay, our room ran out of toilet paper.

Great location (if that's what you're looking for). Great for businessmen and couples that what's to take a walk in the city with no need for transportation. Excellent and exceptional welcoming nice Staff, that speaks good English. Good job there

Poor breakfast. We were very disappointed. No salad. just cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Poor selection, and you may choose between a small boiled egg or an inedible scrambled egg... It is absolutely recommended to skip and eat in the cafes in the city. The room was nice and clean but too small for us (2 adults+2 kids) but that's reasonable in a big city, with a non open window (why?) with a "view" to another too close building wall.

Our stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles was nothing short of exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short stroll from the Louvre and Notre Dame, with seamless access to the underground, making exploring Paris effortless. One of the most memorable moments was when we mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday; while we were out, the team went above and beyond to decorate our room as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture that completely made her day and left us all feeling so touched. Every part of our experience, from the comfort of the rooms to the impeccable service, felt like pure magic. Highly recommended.

It was very clean, comfortable and the best location one could want. Just a very short walk from The Louvre and in the middle of some great shopping. Surrounded by some very good cafe’s, restaurants and bakeries. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The entrance to the hotel is very difficult to access, even the cab driver who brought us from the airport had difficulty finding it, we had to go around in circles. It’s not a drive up entrance, which meant we had to drag our suitcase up to the hotel! The room we had was on the top floor with a great view but a reclining low ceiling which meant we would bang our heads on it all the time!! One side of the bed could not be accessed at all. For a 5 star hotel they were severely lacking in amenities like water, toothbrush, etc.

Staff were very polite and friendly. Fantastic location to explore the city. Rooms were very quiet which made it easy to sleep at night. Great TV in room with a variety of channels to choose from.

No radiators in bathroom to dry towels therefore new towels were needed everyday. We were only given 2 sets but we were a family of 4 (children 13 and 11). Sink in bathrooms was leaking onto the shelf underneath. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. Only one dressing robe and slippers in room on our arrival.
