Location in amazing, rooms are spacious

They don't answer the phone often when I call from my room

the rooms were super clean and newly renovated .. the bathrooms had shattef which was amazing my kids loved it. the location is amazing.

the staff at the reception were so rude and weren't sure about there work .. when we came in I showed them the booking reference I had and they insisted that we had only on room although it was clear in the reservation email that I had 3 rooms all paid for Only one of the staff members was super helpful with everything his name was Loe . another incident was while checking out there weren't able to check out all the rooms properly and I had to revise everything with them the lady had very poor simple math skills ..we had to call Leo again to save the day and every thing was done in minutes .. as for the parking make sure your car hight does not exceed 1.9 meter as you will not be able to find parking in Paris

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.We were given an upgrade and were greeted with a lovely room which someone had decorated for our Golden Wedding celebrations which I had mentioned.That was an example of how very thoughtful the staff were throughout ore stay.Location was brilliant and taxis were called more or less immediately.Hotel surroundings very luxurious and comfortable.

Food was disappointing.Breakfast was ordinary but staff were brilliant.We had a meal in the restaurant which was poor but expensive.Really the only big shortfall.

The Paris Marriott Hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and prime location. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless and memorable. Great location, and our room had a balcony with views along Champs Elysees

Bigger SUV type cars do not fit in the car park, although found nearby on-street parking quite easily

It’s the best location in Paris . The reception staff and the bell captains are all extremely friendly and helpful . House keeping is good and clean.Room size is great for Paris hotels

The rooms are outdated and needs renovation for this price point and the facilities are a bit rundown due to high demand but it’s not a bad experience in general the hotel will be on my shortlist for next trips to Paris

The room was big, modern and clean. The lobby was beautiful and the location was great.

The check in was very slow. The staff blamed it on slow computers. Breakfast was a total farce. Our order arrived bit by bit and some things we ordered never arrived.

waiting for my 2 rooms for 3 hrs after checking time pass, they offer me cold drinks for my family but later charge me for that 80 euros plus force me to eat on the hotel restaurant make me spend another 280 euros JUST BECAUSE NEEDS TO WAIT FOR MY ROOMS

Location good. Breakfast. Very I expected JW Marriott room very old. No renovated. , I change and I need to paid extra for it. No restaurant at the hotel

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and a good size. Enjoyed having a balcony. Loved the location which was central to everything. Very much appreciated the special gift from the hotel in recognition of celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary!
