It was clean and spacious room. Very comfortable, except the cushions. Location is superb , choice between busses, tram and metro direct in front of the hotel. Make sure you buy the “navigo easy” pass (2 euro) at the information desk in metro station(underground) in front of hotel. As App is not functioning properly, and you can easily charge this card on every street corner. Parking at saemos parking port d’orleans (15% discount with stamp of the hotel on it). Parking very close to hotel and we paid 41 euros from Friday 14 to Sunday 10. Overall definitely worth while a stay!

Cushions are very soft

Given the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, the air-conditioning (!) and the friendly staff, this was great value for money. I stayed here almost 10 years ago, and it was a wonderful trip down memory lane to see that everything was almost unchanged, with some huge improvements (e.g. air-conditioning).

The WiFi was unreliable, especially at night. Also, they did not keep track of the breakfasts (10 euros per person) very well--they did not realize that I was alone for the two breakfasts I ate (my wife was sleeping in) and I ended up getting charged double.

location. easy to go anywhere with Metro 4. There are markets near by.

room is a bit small. but this is Paris so.. Poor sound insulation, can hear clearly what the next door is saying

The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was very comfy too, the reception is 24hour, there are many boulangeries and stores around and the fact that it is literally 20 steps from the metro station (metro line: 4, stop: Porte d' Orleans), the bus and the tram stop was a big plus. It is around half an hour with the metro from the most attractions but I consider it a vfm if you want to spent some days in Paris and see the city on a certain budget. Would certainly recommend it and if I have the pleasure to visit the city another time I would choose it again.

The room is clean and well cleaned daily - except for the amount of fine dust on bed and in the air (I suspect they seldom vacuum or properly wet clean everything - not unusual in this price range).

The location is ideal for travelers; two reception staffs were friendly and helpful (one staff disappeared for an extended period of time - and he's the only staff on premises!).

Very clean, the room was immaculate. Staff all very welcoming and spoke excellent English. Were happy to accommodate my French practice too! It’s a bit of a trek from the city centre but the metro was very easy to navigate. The lift is tiny and I’m claustrophobic so I walked the 4 floors. Overall, as a mother and daughter travelling I felt safe and would stay here again.

Not a lot to do in the area. There is a restaurant next door which has a car theme is a bit pricy but the food was decent and the staff friendly.

Very good location inside the so-called ring, just a few minutes walk from the metro, which made it easy to get to all the sights. The hotel was small but cute. The interior of the cafe was unexpectedly interesting, the continental breakfast was good quality. The room and bathroom were small, as is typical for Paris, but in very good condition and great for an overnight stay.

The hotel room was very comfortable though could've been slightly bigger. Housekeeping were excellent and the toiletries provided, TV and bed were all great quality, the hotel is also in a very convenient location right next to metro line 4 and the area aurrounding is quite peaceful. Very good budget hotel.

My mom and Dad stayed in this hotel for their vacation. They loved the location of the hotel. It was just beside the metro station and Lidle. The staff were so nice and helped them a lot and spoke English :) The room was so clean with a nice view. Also, they arrived at 11 am and could rest sooner than the checking time! Thanks for your hospitality and it made this trip for my parents memorable.

This is a really nice and comfortable hotel in a nice relaxed part of the city. The hotel itself was super clean and the room was very comfortable and we were lucky to have a balcony too. It's very well connected to the city with the tram stop, subway and bus stops all outside. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It's worth paying the 10 euros for the breakfast which was nice and a good start to the day. Would definitely stay here again.
