First greeting by two young women at reception started us on a high, so welcoming and warm. One demonstrated how to use the bus system, which is very handy for getting to town. These two really set a positive tone for our entire stay. Just five minutes from Beach Erromardie, a lively site. Nice place to watch surfers, paragliders, food truck and fruit/vegetable stand across the road. Quiet, parkland setting. Bistros on beach.

Minor point: the laundry is quite far back on property. I could have used a chair to sit and read while waiting. I appreciated an easy to use laundry on site.

The staff was very nice and the terrace was spacious with lovely views. There was underground parking and easy access to play equipment for our little one. The location was close to nice walks and the beach as well as a few restaurants. Excellent value and would certainly visit again.

There wasn't much access within walking distance to convenience shops or groceries. Perhaps there are more options in high season! Camping site next door was loud, but they usually quiet down around 10-11pm.

Very comfortable room, lovely restaurant area and pool, very close to a cute alcove beach, close to Bidart and Saint Jean de Luz

We booked this hotel because the pictures of the balcony with the beautiful views and that is why we paid a premium price…however the room we were given had a view of the drive and a wall and was not private at all…so was a little disappointed. The pictures of the selected room on the website booking should be reflective to what you will be getting.

We didn’t use most of the facilities as we only stayed one night, but we would definitely visit again. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and the location is fantastic, an easy walk to the beach area with great beach bars. The woman on reception was very friendly and helpful, and the free onsite parking is a big bonus too.

The outside and some common areas looks a bit utilitarian but that made the room all the more of a pleasant surprise when we got to it.

The rooms were comfortable and the bed was to our liking. We booked in for evening meal and breakfast and enjoyed both. The service and staff were first class. The choice for breakfast was good whilst the choice for evening meal was limited. However they were both very enjoyable.

There appears to be a block on streaming devices

Our room was fabulous. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Very spacious and airy, spotlessly clean and well appointed bathroom etc. Nespresso coffee was a lovely addition. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Had a fantastic nights sleep after a long drive.

Nothing to dislike.

It's cleanliness, location, the hospitality of the receptionists, the compound, and ease of transportation.

The television can not be connected to the wifi so as to watch our own movie. So it was disappointing.

The rooms were easily accessible by lift or stairs both from the car park or the reception / pool. The room was clean and really comfortable beds and pillows! We Had a small fridge for milk and yoghurts etc and it had tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily by the staff. Each day there was housekeeping and beds made daily etc iron available on request which we used & nothing too much of a problem for staff who arranged a taxi for us to the airport on return etc, all in all nice staff and a quiet pleasant hotel. There are a few bars within walking distance towards the beach and if you head up the road in the opposite direction there is a pharmacy, Lidl, small local supermarkets. McDonald’s & Pizza takeaway.

It would have been nice for children to be able to play games in the pool.. breakfast to be cheaper as it is just continental cold Buffett and seems to be a lot of money for a family if you are just eating a croissant or pain au chocolate for breakfast everyday.

The suite, including ample balcony and bathroom - also the breakfast!

The temperature in the bedroom was too hot. In the absence of air-conditioning, fans should really have been offered.

Comfortable bed, free underground parking, about half hour walk into town

our room overlooked the main driveway into the complex but with the sliding door closed and aircon going it was quiet.
