Good basic hotel by the main autoroute down into Spain from France, where we stopped for overnight convenience on our travels rather than to visit the St Jean de Luz area. Nice welcoming staff. There is a nearby restaurant a few steps from the hotel which was nicer inside than outside and offered good food and service (you get 10% discount with a receipt from the hotel). Lots of car parking outside the hotel, and it seemed like a safe spot (e.g if you have a car full) with overnight barrier. Decent breakfast in a breakfast room. This hotel compares to a Premier Inn in UK. The basic room was clean and a good size, including good sized bathroom.

Fairly basic but in fairness it was one of the best value I could find. Clean and more than comfortable for my short stay. Just a 12 min drive outside the centre so convenient for popping in/out of St Jean du Luc. The hotel has its own car-park which is free to use and just across the main road is the Le Clerc supermarket which is handy for 'stuff'. Comfy bed and pillows, nice bathroom and shower and although my room faced the road, the windows and electric sun-blind did a good job of minimising any noise. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee/kettle but if you are desperate then there is a coffee/vending machine by reception. I would happily stay again!

Room a bit dark. Would have liked tea/coffee/kettle in the room. An electric socket by the bed for phone charging would be nice - there was only one in the corner by the desk unit. Yes I'm being a bit picky but hopefully constructive....

We stayed here twice recently, on our way to and from Spain because it is close to the motorway. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are mostly clean (I did see some dusty areas between the wall and bedside tables). We booked a room with a balcony which was a nice bonus.

The staff are rubbish, they do not greet you as you enter the premises and left us stood there whilst they chatted amongst themselves and did not apologise for keeping us waiting. They need some serious training as they let the chain of hotels down, in my opinion.

It worked as an overnight stop over while driving from Spain to UK. Ideal for pets and does what it says with no frills but we didn't need them.

The price was very expensive and 2-3 times what we are used to paying here but then we don't normally travel in August. Out of season it is good value for money.

Unlike most French hotels, this hotel has a decent breakfast, with bacon, eggs and yogurt, instead of the usual french near-zero protein crappy breakfast for weak men ;) It's also interesting that despite being located near the road the noise isolation is perfect, we could NOT hear the cars, the room was very quiet and we slept really well as a result, highly recommended!

Great hotel in fab location with a stunning beach accessible from the rear of the property. I felt very safe as travelling alone. I would stay here again.

Although the hotel accepts dogs they are not allowed in the dining room so if you are traveling alone maybe plan ahead for this. Luckily there is a Lidl and couple of other food options nearby..

Good location off motorway. Clean, efficient , no frills. Excellent friendly and helpful receptionist with good English (my hopeless French). Rooms comfortable.

Hairdryer was somewhat temperamental. Could have done with a kettle in room or tea/coffee machine in foyer.

Convenient location near to the motorway. Easy place to use for an overnight stay. The hotel provided the basic necessities for a stopover: comfortable bed, wifi and functional bathroom. Parking was easy and private. A large supermarket and other stores were within walking distance so we could buy dinner.

Room was a bit dingey with dark furniture. Receptionist did not speak English, which is unusual for such a chain hotel. There is not a large choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast cost extra. There was no kettle in the room.

The location was perfect for us travelling from France into Spain. The restaurant next door was very good and friendly, particularly with our dog.

It would have been good to have a kettle in the room. There was very little soap in the dispenser in the shower. Fortunately we had brought a bar of soap with us.

I have stayed here before which is why I chose it, the room was well eqiped with a large wall mounted TV, it was very clean, tidy and comfortable, there are plug in points for charging phones or other electricals, the shower room was spacious and very clean with towels provided and some soaps, the room although close to a busy dual carriageway was very very quiet with excellent double glazing, there is an aircon/inverter in the room but I didn't need to use it. There is plenty of free parking on site and the breakfast had adequate options for most peoples tastes or needs, There is a vending machine in the foyer that dispenses snacks as well as hot and cold drinks, the menu is in multiple languages.
