Location near to motorway. We had been in a car with no aircon for 8 hours in 40 degree heat so the air-conditioning was fantastic! We had booked a twin room by mistake so he changed us to a double room on the cooler side of motel. Macdonalds was nearby so convenient for fast food as we were tired. We had buffet breakfast at the motel in the morning.

Great location that is quiet but also very convenient (e.g. park there and walk to the hospital to save high parking fees). Convenient rooms with comfortable beds, very clean, well designed and super welcoming smart receptionist. Great coffee at breakfast.

The rain. The hotel did not have a number to call to ask for a change of weather so it rained each day. 😉

Comfy beds, clean and small yet perfectly formed for short to medium stays. Little bedside light and shelf. Tv with remote and multiple channels. Bed and linen clean and welcoming. Our room looked fresh with zingy lime accents and a funky chair for the dresser in front of the mirror where an electric and usb socket was located. Staff were helpful and friendly from the reception through to the smiling cleaning lady that suggested where we could get lunch! Merci becoup! 😊👌🏼

Bedside lighting was too close to heads, and two of us banged our heads on this. Air con unit wasn't working so I switched this off and left it then switched back in and worked fine. Well used blind which was broken in that the blind wasn't able to fully block the light. No bin other than sanitary use in the bathroom. Location of usb socket best located by beds for alarm call and overnight charging

The lady on reception was absolutely amazing. Not only was she very welcoming and charming, when my car wouldn't start she went and found starter cables for me! You can't beat service like that! Thank you so much for rescuing us and getting us safely home!

The room was obviously compact, but for the money it was totally fine. Good value.

A typical Kyriad property and therefore kept to the corporate standard. Exceptionally clean and decent size towels not made from sandpaper! Buffet breakfast and ample parking. This is a good hotel for an overnight rest stop - close to the motorway. I don't think I would want more than one night though. Good Asian buffet restaurant just down the road for dinner.

The drum school next door! They finished at 11pm but no chance of sleep before that. The work area "desk" was awkward to use. Some might call it a shelf as there was room for a laptop and nothing else. The shower cubicle was built for small people also and I struggled a bit

I called annoucing that I was going to arrive 45minutes later that the "check-in" end hour and the friendly service employee arranged everything for me to pick up the key and even turned on in advance a little bit the heating inside the room to compensate the almost chilly night (December). Very considerate of this man. Merci!

The location is very convenient for an overnight stopover being close to the highway. There are restaurants within comfortable walking distance. The room was very clean with good quality towels and bed linen. The room had easily controlled heating and air con. The breakfast was very good, particularly the coffee.

The WiFi did not work at all.

Room was clean and as spacious as necessary for an overnight stopover on to Spain and ideal from the shuttle train. It was a beautiful evening and the only thing i would suggest is that the hotel had lovely green areas around the rooms so it would have been nice to have had a table and chairs or at least benches to sit outside, rather than in our room.

breakfast started a little late for us, travelling on, we needed to leave earlier than the 8 oc breakfast allowed. But what was on offer, looked very good

We had booked the hotel not knowing our car would break down on the way. We called to say we would possibly come in later and were told they would wait for us. The next days we needed some help in contacting different garages as we do not speak French, and without hesitation they helped us contact them. Excellent customer service.

Up with the best I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Immaculate grounds. Best of all the breakfast. Everything fresh. Amazing selection. All this in a surprisingly quiet location just 5 minutes drive from the centre of beautiful Saintes. Plenty of onsite parking. Friendly efficient service.
