I received a warm welcome at reception. My room, located in the annexe building behind the carpark, was very pleasant. It was bright and airy, with a balcony, a completely new bathroom, a kettle provided, and a very comfortable bed with quality bedding. The hotel is only a couple of minutes drive from the A10, with plentiful free parking. Saintes centre is only 5 mins drive (again with abundant free parking) and the historic centre is well worth a visit, even having a Gallic-Roman amphitheatre.

Although the room was very suitable, with a balcony and green area outside, I felt the  €9 charge for my dog was excessive. I provide my own dog bedding and ensure there's no extra cleaning duties for the staff. It's also clear that many people don't pick up after their dogs on the grassed area. This is not the fault of the hotel, but maybe provision of a few poo bags, signage and bins in the area would help.

Great location for us. Just of the main road and lots of parking. The girls on reception were very friendly and both spoke good English. Room was very clean and warm.

The bed was a bit small for us. You can only check in after 17.00. We arrived at 15.30 so had to find somewhere to wait which wasn’t easy on a Sunday. Tv very small and only French. This overall was not an issue as all we really wanted was somewhere to sleep on our journey from Spain to the uk.

Very good location, if you follow a sat nave, the hotel is immediately on the right as you come off the slip road, easy to miss and drive passed. Frontage belies what`s behind the entrance! Nice friendly receptionist, easy check in. Room although a bit on the small side was cosy and very clean. Lovely to see a Kettle, cups and coffee in the room, very rare for French Hotels. Good Breakfast options. Can recommend restaurant next door, no reservation needed.

Neat and clean hotel offering a friendly and professional welcome. The rooms are basic but spotless and comfortable, with everything you need for a quiet night's sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast, which comprised the usual fresh bread, croissants, yoghurts etc. Conveniently located if you are traveling on the A10, with a few restaurants withing walking distance. - we had a good meal at the Bistro Regent.

Location just of A10. Easy access next door to restaurant and 5 mins car to centre parking for bars, restaurants etc. Modern bathroom. Enviro friendly. Very friendly staff. For a small hotel it provides excellent value for money and we would certainly return.

As Brits we would have liked milk sachets for tea! We didn’t ask so unsure whether these could have been provided.

Recently put into operation therefore very clean and well decorated. The bed very comfortable and the bedroom quiet. Evening meals will be served in the future but there is a restaurant closeby which serves very good food. The hotel breakfast was more than adequate with the usual selections.

Easy to locate from autoroute. Plenty of parking. Next to good restaurant, " La Boucherie". Near Super U filling station and Super U hypermarket.

Noisy toilet due to drip causing toilet to keep flushing.

Bed was very comfortable, there was no noise. The hotel staff very very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again .

Excellent location to break journey and ability to check-in late was useful. Basic but clean and friendly staff.

Room was small and no mugs provided, only kettle ( as we arrived late we couldn't ask for them).

Very easy to find with a decent restaurant next door. Clean and comfortable with great bathroom and plenty of hot water

No lift and we were 2 flights up which wasn't ideal.
